My husband and I were looking for a diesel shop in CDA to bring our newly purchased (used truck) Ford Excursion to have it looked at and get an oil change. We found Weavers on google and were impressed with the reviews and thought we'd give them a go. Weavers is amazing and now has our loyalty. I will be bringing in the other cars/trucks we have for any future needs. They really took the time to figure out some problems with the Ford and fix them. The attention to detail and customer service were top notch. We would like to thank John your humor today it was much needed! And just all the work the you and the shop did was amazing.

We run a farm and our truck is vital to our livelihood. When our truck broke down, a friend referred us to Weavers. It's not often that I have an experience that compels me to write a review. Chad and his team did just that. Honest and clear about the issue. Told us it would take 2 weeks to fix. He called 3 days later and said the truck was ready. The truck runs like an absolute beast. The price quoted was dead on. Would recommend Weavers Diesel to anyone. So grateful!

I am very happy with the service I received at Weaver's Diesel Performance. They have worked on my 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 w/ 12 valve Cummins several times. They installed an exhaust brake, tuned it for some extra horse power, installed a steering stabilizer/adjusted the steering box and did some track bar upgrades. They did perfect on all that except when I got it home after the second service I noticed something was not right regarding the track bar upgrade. I took it back and spoke to the owner, James Weaver. James immediately agreed with me and saw the obvious problem. They had to order a new part which I was not charged for and then had to redo the track bar work which of course was an expense to them and no charge to me. That's the kind of customer service I look for when dealing with a business. James handled it perfectly. When a repair goes well it's easy and all are happy. Sometimes things don't go as we expect and a mechanic doesn't get something right, it happens, we're humans. The businesses I look for are the ones who stand behind their work and make things right for their customers. Weaver's Diesel Performance, in my opinion, is this type of business. The upgrades they made to my truck has made it a much better truck. Brakes better, more horse power, steers better. Great improvements all suggested by James Weaver. That's where my truck will go next time it needs work. Count me as a very satisfied customer...thank you James.

This shop is top notch. I went in there with what I was told by another shop as a bad turbo on my Duramax. Weavers gave me a very fair offer to fix it. On the day of my appointment I received a call that my truck was completely fine and there nothing wrong with it. They re-inspected my truck and assured me that it was very well maintained and in good shape. I thought my bill was going to be over $4,000 and I left my bill was $135. Im amazed by the honesty and integrity by these guys. They have earned all my future business.

I have nothing but good things to say about Weavers. The staff is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and VERY good at what they do. My E350 was having power loss issues. They were spot-on with the diagnosis and had it running like a champ again. I highly recommend them for any diesel repair and maintenance needs. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

As always, Weavers comes through. Professional, responsive, fair and honest. Couldn’t ask any more from a business. If there’s ever an issue, James and his crew are upstanding folks and make it right. Update 7/9/25 (Because they don’t allow you to post multiple reviews for different visits): Weavers.. Pulls through again. Love having local shop that knows you by name and takes care of their re-peat customers. Was in a bind today being at work and not able to help my wife . Wife’s car started acting up just before her leaving on a LONG trip tomorrow with the kids. Based on some off the things it could be, I was concerned the alternator was going bad. If it was, I was going to have her pick one up and I would replace it after work. I called Ron at Weavers and he said have her come in. She showed up, they checked alternator and turned out to be fine. She was in and out. You just don’t find that courtesy in shops anymore like you use to. Keep it up Weavers 🤘

I didn't have a lot of interaction with them. I brought my truck up to be looked at when I was having issues with it. They got it in to look at fairly quickly. The diagnostic was not good, transmission going bad. He didn't charge me, said he didn't like giving bad news and charging for it. Very helpful on alternatives.

Weaver’s is the place to go! Alittle back story, my dad has always taken care of my car for me, but he passed in 2022. Last year my car started having issues and I was so freaked out about what to do without my dad’s help and knowledge. My in laws recommended Weaver’s to me. We've been taking my car there since then and they always take pretty good care of me. Ron is always super helpful and friendly. About a year ago I had my ballpoints replaced and today I got a call from them saying they were toast again they waived the labor fee and the ball joints were still under warranty. They’ve always given us affordable and fair pricing. You can always tell when a business is locally owned over a corporation. It shows in the quality of work and the way they treat their customers and these guys definitely have it down pat. They are amazing to work with and we will continue to work with them in the future!

I handed them a headache and without fail or flaw they proved that they have a love of what they do. Top notch repair shop with a great team. Broke a U-joint headed to North Dakota from Washington. Pulled off right over the Idaho border and lucky enough right next to Weavers diesel. The truck had damaged the driveline and yoke. Weavers found me a used drive line at a wrecking yard and hooked me up with a car to go pick it up. While my family was waiting they offered food and drink and a place to rest. They had us on the road early afternoon after getting in when they opened. They didn’t stick it to me for needing priority repair. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. So if your looking for a great shop to do your repairs I’d recommend them 10 out of 10.

Weavers is the best of the best! We had a very tricky brake problem on our dually and without their knowledge and skill I can't imagine the disaster we would have dealt with going anywhere else. My car has been to Weavers countless times since late 2022 these three pictures are all from different times it was at the shop. James and His Team are the best at what they do I’ve gotten exhaust work, Maintenance, Camshaft kit, and the latest project they helped me with was bringing my car back from being totaled not only are they great at what ever they are Fixing/Reparing/Upgrading They are honest Friendly and so so helpful with whatever you need. My truck broke down on a road trip, and I am incredibly thankful Weaver Diesel was the shop I ended up at. Every interaction was as professional and enjoyable as possible, even getting the tough news that my timing belt broke and may have damaged the engine. They gave me all of the information all of the time, and had done the due diligence to make sure the information was correct. Every person was professional, and they had real care and concern. The repair is a lot of work, and not all of it is completed yet, but so far what has been done is top tier work. I'm ordering parts from the local Ford dealer and they said they deal a lot with Weaver Diesel and appreciate them too. You can trust this shop to take good care of you.
