UPDATE: Within an hour of posting my original 3-star review (see below), the owner reached out to make it right. He explained that the tires came late because of an issue with their supplier, and he even refunded me for the difference between the initial quote and what I paid. I’m impressed by their honesty and commitment to their customers. All said and done, I received quality service at a great price. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I recently purchased new tires from Lloyd’s and had them installed there. The person I spoke to was really nice, and the tires are good quality and were installed well, but the customer service was still lacking. I had to reschedule my initial appointment because they didn’t have the tires there like they said they would. Also, the price they gave me after the install was much higher than the quote I was given over the phone, which they said included all taxes and fees. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they lowered the bill slightly, but I still had to pay $85 more than I was expecting to.

I called and talked to Scott. Said I have this this and this going on with my truck. How much will that cost? He didn't give me a answer he said just get it down here and I will look. So I assume he is getting me a estimate together. NO he has my truck tore apart starting to fix stuff and emails me this bill for $1,700. I called but talked to someone else and specifically said hey I can't afford all of that so they proceed to keep working on my truck. I emailed them back saying hey I can't afford that don't do the work. I called back again finally got Scott told him hey I asked for a estimate then I asked for the manager and he wouldn't put the manager on the phone. This was all on a Thursday and Friday. The weekend goes by my husband takes the day off work to come deal with them. First thing Monday morning my husband calls and talks to Scott. Scott says the truck will be back together Tuesday. Today Tuesday morning I call and the lady answered I ask for Scott he isn't available i ask for a price that isn't available...the lady hangs up on me because I say hey this is a scam you guys think you are going to rip me off. I never cussed I simply said that. I call back 8 times in a row after she hung up on me she won't answer. She finally answered and I ask for a manager and or Scott. She says they are in a meeting rudely. Extremely rude Lloyds. Every time I would tell Scott hey I only want my trailer brakes fixed he would go off well you need wheel sensors and you need this and that. Scott just gave me the run around couldn't give me a straight answer or price ever. They still have my truck and won't give me a price. So now my husband will take another day off work to come deal with them

I had them perform an alignment on an old Toyota pickup. They started on it exactly when they said they would, called when it was finished, no hidden fees, and they were delightful to work with. I can see why they are still in business after 52 years.

So they fixed in good time they fit me in because I was leaving town the next day That was so amazing very friendly. We have been with Lloyd's for years and they are so deserving of a shoutout. We first had a big name dealer in the area massively over-quote us by thousands for a job that didn't even need to be done. I called Lloyd's to bring it in for a second opinion and we've never gone anywhere since. I take all 3 of our cars there and trust them fully. Great communication, transparency, & work. They have done a slew of repairs on our cars from engine issues, to breaks, and of course they take care of our oil change and maintenance. Scott & the team are great and I HIGHLY recommend them.

We experienced a burning rubber smell while in route from Wyoming to Washington to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. We called Lloyd's and they took up right in for a safety check. Lloyd's found a hole in a CV boot that was leaking on our exhaust, causing the smell. They repacked the boot and we were on our way in under an hour, great people and great service. We highly recommended Lloyd's.

I cannot say enough good things about Lloyd’s. This is the epitome of what you want in a repair shop. Everyone I worked with was kind, knowledgeable and personable. It truly felt like I was their number 1 priority. Scott and the team performed a MAJOR repair for me (camshaft, lifters, valves… the WORKS) and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or mislead. Their communication is top notch with updates and pictures every step of the way. You can tell their staff know what they’re doing. These folks are PROFESSIONALS. It’s also one of, if not THE ONLY place in town that would even consider taking a job like this on (next to the “stealership”). Trust me when I say I shopped around. So glad I landed here. I am someone that usually would do everything in their power to avoid taking my truck to the shop, but with how easy and cost effective this experience was, they have earned a customer for life.
