I called and spoke to Paul in the small engine repair department, and got a qoute on a maintenance check for my 23 year old Toro snowblower. It still runs great and always sstarts on the fist pull. It was starting to have a very small oil leak when sitting. I asked them to check this out and to go over the entire machine, and make sure everything is tight, (no loose bolts and screws). They did a great job, and now my snowblower is ready for another winter. Thanks Paul!

I am a novice new tractor owner. I encountered / created a problem during attachment of one of the tractor implements which needed expertise from the CDA Service Dept. They were short staffed but understood the issue and concerns. Manager Darren was extremely understanding and helpful. He was not condescending or belittling in any way. He made arrangements for Service Rep Kevin to make a house call first thing in the morning (10/10/2025). Kevin was able to expediently rectify my issue. Despite my ignorance, Kevin was patient, kind and professional. Kevin then took care of other issues which needed repair (switched hydraulic hoses from factory assembly error) and took time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had. Service from a business is of utmost importance for me as a customer. I am willing to pay more for excellent service. CDA Tractor just repaired my Ariens snowblower which had sustained significant damage while I was using it. Paul and the guys in the shop were great to work with. My machine was picked up promptly and the tech did a very thorough open and inspect. That allowed me to know exactly what had failed, what it would cost to repair, and, most importantly, whether it was worth fixing. I was completely confident in following their advice to fix it (what do I know about snowblower repairs?), got the machine back quickly, the estimate was spot on, and everything works great. I am one happy customer. I have been negligent in getting my various yard machines serviced, but no more; these guys are great and well worth the money.
