Ok 2 stars for clean and bright. However, why does costco insist upon packing the mustard and ketchup in plastic cups? Wasteful and SOOOO much plastic choking the land fills. Also if they can glob sauces in cups, why not onion and relish? This is just irritating. Also our costco food court gives you a box flat if you have more than you can carry.... i was told to go get my own! Wow! Way to value your customers!

These Costco employees are AMAZING!!! I call in my pizza order everytime. Everytime they are always polite, get my order in, and ask for a time when I would like it ready. I order 4-6 pizzas everytime. Everytime is the pizzas are hot and the cashier gals get me out of the quickly so I can bring the pizza back to my guys. Now the pizza... talk about perfect. You can always expect the same product every single time and my guys know it! We'll do costco pizza during a busy week 4-5 before we get dominos or go to a sandwich shop. We love our local Costco food court! Thank you so much Costco employees for the always such amazing service you provide.

So a shop full of tire techs couldnt figure out how to get the spare tire down from our escalade. They aired up the tire with a chunk of steel in the sidewall, leaking quickly, and told her to drive home. Took me 30 seconds to figure out the spare tire. After waiting for the replacement tire, they just threw the spare in the back, and it damn near broke the rear window out when the wife drove down the road. They did replace the tire no problem. Hard to believe they would send my wife down the road with a dangerous tire.

I noticed that there was a $70 rebate for the tires that I’ve been needing and called the CDA tire department. Joe answered the phone on the first ring!! He had the tires in stock. I came in about noon and they were done 50 minuets later. This is my 5-6 set of tires over the years and I have always experienced great service and pricing.

So far my experiences have all been good. The tires they offer are brands you get a steep enough discount on that you will save money if time the discount right which oscillates monthly between Bridgestone and Michellin. I chose the Bridgestone series winter tire and loved how quiet it is vs the stock Continental tire that I leave it on year around. Recently I got a screw through the sidewall and a slow leak as a result. I brought it in they set an appointment to replace it under warranty but I was over an hour late. They still found time to fit me in that afternoon which was unexpected but welcomed. They ultimately replaced the tire under their road hazard protection warranty. Pleasant experience saving money, making time for me, and replacing the damaged tire. I would recommend going here first or calling for a quote if you are a member. You may get the best deal in town and they have Costcos everywhere so service shouldn't be an issue.

These guys saved the day! I got a flat on a Sunday and didn’t realize it until I went to leave to head home (40 miles away). They were the only place open and they had no available appointments. They took me right in and let me bring my puppy in briefly to do the paperwork so she wouldn’t be stuck in the hot car. Thank you for making a potentially really overwhelming afternoon seem like a breeze!

Very disappointed. I went in knowing the exact tires I wanted, was told they were not in stock but the salesman recommanded another set. So after agreeing to the new style of tries and getting them ordered I was told they were not in stock and would arrive in a few days. When I asked what the price difference between the ones and I wanted and the new ones. I was told, basically the same. But was not given any information to compare. Well I waited a WEEK with no contact, only to find out when I called that my tires were already there. Had to wait another day before they could fit me in for an appointment to get them installed. I am very disappointed with the employees unwillingness to answer questions or explain options, very upset that I was not told until after the order was in progress that my tires were not in stock. Very upset that I did not receive a single phone call when my tires arrived. I seriously expect better from Costco, this experience was not to their usual standards. Uodate: Just got home from Costco and the car was driving weird. Every new tires they installed was low. I am so blown away by the lack of service I don't even know what to say. I am a single mother of 3, it took me a long time to save up to be able to get these new tires. And now I have to find the money to go somewhere else to make sure nothing else was done incorrectly. Unbelievable.

When you buy through Costco, you are buying peace of mind. Their warranties are excellent. Keep in mind, you may be waiting for a while though when working with them because they are generally super busy- especially around this time of year when many people are purchasing snow tires. I'd recommend going in expecting a delay, and maybe be pleasantly surprised if you are done in a reasonable amount of time. Fortunately, Costco is large and there is a lot to keep you occupied.

Called them with a tire emergency. Tire on one of the vans I was traveling with got a flat from a chunk of metal and the spare was the wrong size. Had to leave said van on the side of the hwy on a Jack, and being 7pm every other tire shop was closed except this location. Started to drive the 53 miles back here to get a new tire, was even willing/going to buy a membership in order to purchase it, since it says on here their open till 8:30. The guy who answered the phone was beyond rude and short with us even with the situation explained to him. We where told (and I quote) "If you can't make it by 8 don't bother showing up, we won't help you." (Our arrival time by GPS was 8:10) Idk what kind of customer service this place claims to have but this goes great lengths to show me they have none. If we had needed extensive or time consuming work done I could understand, but ultimately all that was needed was a tire put on a rim. Takes less than 5-10 min to do. I have never seen a tire shop not willing to help with situations like this, most of them seem to be more than willing help including staying open late to help friends on the occasions it's been needed. From what I understand some even have policies that their not allowed to turn people away if it's a emergency situation like that. At the very least he could of been halfway polite about it and I would of been content with the answer. Between the price of the membership and the tire I would of been spending over $200 at this location, one would think they'd want the business, guess the joke was on us. This experience just set in stone that I will never shop here.

Buyer beware! Will only mount the stock size tire to your vehicle even if it's lifted. Refused to calibrate TPMS sensors because they weren't OEM. Basically, Costco is unable to complete basic tire shop work unless everything is stock. Wasted my time, which is more valuable than whatever I might have saved. First and last purchase.

This place is an absolute mess of people and their location spews that out into the local neighborhoods making it impossible to drive or live anywhere near it. That remains true once you go inside of the store, it’s basically a mosh pit of people trying to get their shopping done quickly and people who like to hang out in the middle of the isles counting the tiles on the floor.

My husband bought a set of "all terrain" tires and they started to deuterate like we've never seen before on the top where the tread is. It must've been a very rare bad batch of tire or something because it effected one really bad and two more not as bad but still compromised. We figured it wasn't that terrible considering they were well within the warranty and Costco takes care of their customers. This was not the case. They inspected the tires and said" Have you been driving on gravel? We can't warranty these tires because we have no guarantee that you rotated them." My husband rotates his tires himself. He has a lift in his shop with every air tool known to man. Yes, he rotates his tires. We've never felt so disrespected in my life. Was told that in a few days a manager will look into it and call us back. That was a week ago. Won't be getting our business anymore!

Came in to put on our winter tires. Said they were running 2 1/2 hours behind. Called us to let us know they wouldn't put on our winter tires and we needed new tires (after we waited). Not in stock so we had to order and wait for them to arrive before we could schedule a new appointment to have them installed. Got the call, made the appointment, and showed up 10 minutes late due to a pet emergency. They didn't care and made us reschedule. Rescheduled, showed up 15 minutes early to our appointment, and they are running 2 1/2 hours behind again. Rules for thee but not for me, or something like that. Will take our business elsewhere.

Got the tires I wanted at a good price. They were installed in a reasonable amount of time. The installer cross threaded a stud that I didn't find for a month and cost me $100 to fix. Sure glad it was found in another shop and not by my wife trying to change a flat by the side of the road.
