These guys were fantastic and I totally recommend them. We were headed out of town after picking up our boat and realized that we had a flat trailer tire. I walked in and they jumped right into fixing the flat for me. I’m very grateful that they were able to take care of us so quickly, especially since we are from out of town and have a 10 hour drive ahead of us. Ryan was very kind and quick.

I had a client come to me to get their car dialed in to put up for sale, Volvo C30 with 160 clicks on the odometer great foundation but certainly needed some love. After a couple days we were done. The car ran a little rough on the delivery drive but nothing CRAZY atypical of a 160k mile rig and no lights on the dash whatsoever as i was watching for an airbag light the entire ride. I thought nothing of it, however when the client started his car to move it called with some concern. We found the last spot that had worked on it (though it was work that had ZERO possible impact on the issue) i found that it was Silverlake Auto which is run by one of the Superstars in the auto service industry Ryan Bethune. I called, arranged to have it brought over and he ever so quickly was able to debug the issue and get this thing fully into selling shape! Insane how great of an experience we had overall......as if it wasnt the expectation based off previous interactions nonetheless he once again knocked it out of the park for us here at #a2dcda thank you so much Ryan you da man!

Passing through Coeur d'Alene en-route to Alaska from Tennessee. Stopped at post office and notice passenger-side headlight did not work. A search yirlded Silverlake Automotive. A phone call later we were en-route. After a brief explanation of the specifics, we left the car with Silverlake Automotive. Shortly later the headlight was replaced and we were on our way. Cannot thank Silverlake Automotive enough for working us into their schedule and so quickly completing the work. The employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and thorough. I had a really good experience here. I dropped my Audi A4 off at 8 AM and by 11:30 they had already diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Luckily it wasn’t anything major, and they were very honest about everything. Everyone at the shop was super nice and understanding, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys were great. I would definitely come back if I ever need work done again.
