★☆☆☆☆ This place will highway Robb you I paid them 343$ to change two belts and reconfigure my wires on my rotor and when I left after paying them I broke down not even a block away. I barely made it back to the shop and they told me they wanted another 200$ to fix it which is crazy to me then they called the police to have me removed after they burnt me and also I supplied the belts they put on. Do not go to this place they're thieves!!!!!!!!

★★★★★ We were travelling in our motorhome and stopped for lunch. When we got ready to leave the starter would not work. A local Napa store said they had the starter in stock. We called Kootenai and they were on site shortly after we returned with the starter. It turned out that it was the wrong starter. The mechanic, Jeff, waited while we went to a nearby O'Reilly that also thought they had the right starter. It also turned out to be wrong. O'Reilly ordered the correct part for delivery the next morning. When it came in, Jeff, responded in minutes and finished replacing the starter. We could not ask for better service, professionalism and reasonable charges. Thank you Kootenai for helping us during our time of need.
