When you pull in and see the piece of cardboard in the window with "Cal Cars" scribbled on it, turn around and immediately! I brought my car here for a warranty covered repair that needed to be done that was causing my car to pull dangerously hard and quick when I was going fast. I was told nothing was wrong with the car (and I can't help but wonder if my husband would have been told the same thing if he had brought it in instead of me....) so I took it to another mechanic and was told this needs to get fixed NOW. So my husband called the CDA dealership, spoke to the GM, and was told that he's been getting these same types of complaints daily about this service center. UPDATE: STILL ONE STAR. I have taken my car here twice for an oil change, and "coincidentally" my car leaks oil as soon as I bring it home from the oil change and the fix is $400-$600! One time... ok. Two times in a row?! Yea right. We are DONE with Cal Cars. We'll be buying our cars from Robidoux from now on and taking them elsewhere for service. This place a joke.

I bought a car from cal cars and the sales side I had no issues they made buying the car easy and fun now the service side I had major issues with. Within 300 miles of owning the vehicle I started having some issues with it shifting hard we contacted our salesman and he helped us set up an appointment with the service side I had my boyfriend bring it in as he is a mechanic and if I didn’t have a warranty through Cal I would have just gone through him. When I brought my car in the first time we had asked them to drain the transmission fluid to make sure there was no metal in it and they showed my boyfriend not even an ounce of fluid and didn’t drain it like I had asked. they told me nothing was wrong with my car when I know something was wrong because we ended up draining some fluid out and saw metal and the fluid was black. About a week later I took it back in to have them drain the fluid like I had asked the first time when I talked one of the technicians there I think he was the main one I had told him that I need the new car because I have school and work to go to and my old car was in the process of selling and I am not going to wait on them to fix what they did wrong, he made an unprofessional joke about how I would definitely need the money for the car that I had just bought. They also told me that the black transmission fluid was normal. I just had a horrible experience with other things that they did I would never recommend Cal to anyone which sucks cuz the sales side is good. They should have done a 24 point inspection on the car which includes checking the transmission fluid before putting it on the lot and they obviously did not. I would suggest paying the extra money to have a real shop look at the car before buying one from Cal cars. I am now over the warranty that came with buying the car and I couldn’t be happier I no longer have to deal them and I will just go through my boyfriend for everything on this car

Best place EVER! They are all so friendly! Took care of my trucks needs. Fixed it. Love this place, I'll never buy a car from anywhere else, but this place. Never thought I'd purchase a warranty company either, on a vehicle. But still sucks they don't cover my leaf springs. 😕 But life goes on! These guys are AMAZING!!! Keep up to the honest and good work, my friends!!!!!

Jarrett, is our salesman. Very kind, easy to work with and very out going. Good at his job for sure. He will take your information and search endlessly for what you want and are looking for.
