Decent selection but don't go here if you expect to be treated nicely or with even 1 iota of respect. I was asked if I needed help by an employee and I made the mistake of asking a question instead of keeping my head down. She was extremely rude and condensending. The worst I have ever been treated in a store and I walked out right away and ordered what I needed online. I will not shop here and was more than stunned by how I was treated.

If you want someone that really knows her stuff you need to go to KC Auto paint and talk to Loretta, she is VERY knowledgeable, a VERY NICE PERSON and will get you the products you need. I have been in this business for 37 years, Loretta is awesome

I specifically asked the day before to please make sure the catalyst was fresh and even explained how the batch number correlates to the date. Despite that, I was given a tube that was 2.5 years old and 1.5 years past expiration, as confirmed directly by Evercoat technical support. When I returned the next day to explain that Evercoat said it should not be used, I was literally yelled at by a woman who claimed she’s worked there 20 years yet admitted she has no idea what a batch number is—not exactly the professionalism or technical knowledge you’d expect. Completely unprofessional experience—I will never return here.

They are kind of expensive but its in town. As far as the other reviews here about the girl that works front desk I assume is Loretta, I spoke with her during my visit. Here is how my visit went: walked in, they asked if I could be helped as all body shop supply stores do. Asked where the window urethane was and Loretta pointed it out. She's got a loud speak to her voice. Rude? I didn't feel like she was. The other guy i talked to was ok, nobody was rude or condescending. In fact after talking to Loretta about paint, she's got enough experience there to know what the body shop guys are using and such. Does she know everything? Probably not. So some of these reviews I suspect are guys that have little to no experience with women that work in the automotive industry. When you work around guys and deal with body shops all which are things that typically trend toward a job that men are likely to perform, i suspect that has a lot to do with how she might be percieved. Id say shes a little too loud to work a coffee shop and probably too cut and dry with her dimeanor to be your typical princess found at the hair salon or coffee stand. Anyways, other than they are pretty high with their prices, they have good selection, its available. Is it old? Maybe some is? I haven't had that experience yet. Id probably do more business there but prices are pretty steep. 80 bucks at Oreilly for Kleen Strip Aircraft Remover and they are over 100 bucks. I was quoted something like 130 for exact same label at Oreilly's. I asked a few questions to gauge their pricing, its all marked up pretty high even compared to other shops but they do have good product and selection for sure. If pricing didn't make me cringe a little bit, id buy more. This place would serve as only if i need it today or tomorrow kind of thing and i need it to be of reputable quality then id certainly come by.
