Went in to have them look at my Jeep's skid plate which needed to be reattached. Also, had them look at my suspension to see if I needed new shocks. They took care of the skid plate and had me back on the road. They checked the suspension and didn't try to upsell. Really fantastic service!

Michael, the manager and Chuck were so incredibly helpful and professionally polite! I have been in there at least three times and every time they get the job done as quickly as possible and they assist with making decisions about what needs to be done. I had my snow tires removed and the oil changed and they even helped me with my license plates! Over and above what I expected so I will be back again and again!!!

I've used this location several times now. I bought tires there which I've been very happy with performance and the price. Since then I have had several oil changes and tire rotations, they are always fast, curtious, and professional. My last visit was with their mechanic because I thought I had an issue with my transfer case. He serviced the transfer case, but let me know that it was working fine. I had brought it to them because I felt like I could trust them after my previous visits, and I left feeling like I made the right choice.

Stopped in to have them do a front end alignment. Savannah was funny and super friendly. Mechanic was also very friendly and not pushy. Very helpful. I didn't ask his name, shame on me. Great place to go for service. They will have more of my business!

Took a slow leaking tire in to get fixed. They said it was an old plug that was leaking. For some reason they just repluged the tire instead of plugging and patching to make sure it wouldn't leak any more. It was flat a few days later. The plug failed. We also had valve stem covers with paw prints on the end. Got it back with a standard plastic one on the tire. Now we have to order 4 more to replace one. I haven't had any issues with them in the past but this issue changed that. Would think a professional tire place could fix a leaking tire better than that and the same valvestem cover should have been put back on.

Josh is awesome and provides amazing customer service. He is so professional and polite. If I had a business, I'd hire him. Everyone there is super nice and our vehicles are always fixed right the first time we bring them in. My little car is running well and we are happy customers. Thank you to the amazing crew in CDA.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Took my daughter's car in for an overheating problem. Was told that it was a broken water neck assembly ($105 to diagnose) took the guy 10 minutes. Part was $70. Wanted $184 labor to replace it, fair enough... Then wanted an additional $115 to flush and replace the coolant. Wouldn't give credit for the $105 we were paying for the diagnostics that took 10 minutes and wanted $115 for 2 gallons of coolant at $11.99 a gallon? The store manager, Josh, was fake nice and kept quoting corporate policy, company rules, can't work with anyone. Corporate sets prices for services and we can't move from them. 18 yr old girl just starting out on her own and they took her for almost $500!!! Mind you I've been a LOYAL customer for 20 yrs at THIS store. Took my car over there this morning because I had a tire light on. One of my tires, that I bought from them, was low. They refused to even examine it and repair it because I was "close" to the wear bars. Said I would have to buy new tires. They wouldn't touch it. And I'm talking "close" to the wear bars not "to" the wear bars... They've just lost a 20-year customer with five vehicles that I brought there regularly for oil changes, tire rotations, and tire services. I hope you're happy, Josh, with your corporate decisions! I will not be back until you get rid of him. I would highly recommend you choose ANY repair shop then tire Rama on Appleway in Coeur d'Alene. You'll get up charges up the yin yang and zero compassion for a local person

From the moment he picked up the phone, Chuck was beyond helpful in not only quickly finding tires to fit my vehicle but also quoting me several hundred dollars lower than the competition across the street. He was very apologetic that the quoted time took just a tiny bit longer than originally predicted but he was so friendly, I didn't mind- plus the price savings. Will definitely be utilizing this company vs the corporate one. Thanks for such a great experience Chuck.

I am extremely disappointed with the Customer service provided. I set up an appointment for 11 o’clock over 24 hours ago and was told the job would take an hour and a half. I get there five minutes prior to my appointment. They told me that the job will be two hours and a half but they will start working on it. I got a call an hour later telling me that it’s going to be even longer because they put a SUV in front of me. The manager seems like he doesn’t care and is annoyed by everyone and definitely doesn’t try to keep you as a customer whatsoever. Thanks for wasting my time guys.

Took 2 hours when they said it would take 20 minutes. Ended up not even doing the job yet still charging me. Tried to say I need new rims/tires and my car was "very unsafe to drive" yet when I took it to a different shop the next day I was told all my tires are totally fine, obviously only a year or 2 old and that the slight corrosion on the rims was normal and nothing to worry about yet. Also, the owner was very rude. Seemed irritated that I was even there at all.

I could not be more grateful to the fine folks at the Coeur D'Alene Tire Rama. I was in a very difficult spot with a slowly deflating tire and hours away from home, needing to find someone to fix it before my wife got out of a doctor appointment. Tire Rama was the only place who said they could fix my tire that day and within a reasonable amount of time. I got there and within 30 minutes they had removed my tire, patched it, filled it, and had my car ready to go. I will always be appreciative of their incredibly fast work and inexpensive charge for patching a flat tire.

These guys are the best....they go above and beyond, and exceed my expectations EVERY time I walk thru the door!! They are quick and courteous and get the job done the right way the first time. They will continue to have my business any time I need work done. They bailed me out of a super tight spot today, I picked up a Schrader valve in my driver rear tire today on northwest at about 540pm, and had a trailer to tow down to Twin Falls at 5am, they got me in, and even stayed a little late just to make sure I could meet my deadline....fantastic bunch of guys here!!

I went here today because I was in a hurry and my usual tire shop was way overbooked. I gotta say, these guys were awesome. Incredibly helpful and great conversation. They gave me an awesome deal on new tires, helped me find a relatively unconventional size and needs for am SUV, and even test fit some second-hand wheels I picked up earlier this week that I wasn't positive would fit. I couldn't be happier. They more than likely made a loyal customer out of a single visit.

I just recently had my transmission serviced at this location Friday the 28th of March 2025. My car runs like brand new with no complaints. Very reasonable price and finished ahead of my expectations. The whole crew was polite, professional, and straight to the point.

After going one time, this will be my preferred tire shop in town. Zac at the front counter was super accommodating and kind, and the work done in back was thorough and quick.

They ripped me off unplugs they charge me triple the price I looked at the plugs that were on my vehicle. There are $50. Why was I charged $121 for them. How is that? OK? Just because I’m a chick you’re gonna rip me off I highly do not recommend this place for anyone ever. Especially if you’re a woman,

I took four brand new, out of the box rims to have my current tires mounted on them. When they finished, I admit I did not inspect the job closely. Just walking to the truck, they looked fine. I drove two miles home on dry pavement. When home, I noticed two TPMS sensors/stems in two of my old rims. I thought that perhaps Tire Rama forgot to move them from the old wheels to the new ones. Upon closer inspection, I noticed obvious scratching and scuffing on all four new wheels, as well as a chip on one wheel. I took the truck back to the store and the clerk said he would look into it. I waited several minutes, then asked to see a manager. The manager and the tech who installed the wheels looked at just one wheel and the tech told me it was just dirt from me driving it. When I showed the manager the scratching, scuffing and the chip, he apologized and said he would make it right. In order to make it right, the wheels would have to be removed again, buffed and polished, and the chip would have to be re-anodized. It would be more hassle than it would be worth. And who would do the work? The same incompetent tech that ruined them in the first place? What bothers me most is the techs total unwillingness to admit he messed up my new wheels and tried to blame it on me. What a shame, as the other employees were very nice and eager to please. One bad apples spoils the whole bunch...I won't be doing business at this TireRama again, and if you're wise, you won't either.

These guys came through big time for me! Alternator failed while traveling through to MT. Rig failed in front of their shop, Wyatt saved us that night and got us off the road. The next morning Jimmy and their mechanic were able to prove the issue and installed the new alternator and had us on the road less than 24 hrs after we landed there. Great team, went above and beyond to help us out!

I called here a few hours before closing because my back tire was quickly losing air. I dropped my car off, and they fixed it fairly quickly. There ended up being a nail in the tire. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will certainly be coming back for future services.

If I could leave zero stars , I would. My husband and I drove thirty miles and found this location open with no customers in it at one p m today. We had a flat tire , we needed a flat repair and for it to be put back on our car. The employee behind the desk , middle aged with glasses tried to tell me there were courts showing on the inside of my tire and he wouldn't be able to repair it. This tire is brand new and what he pointed to was a mud spot because he didn't want to do the work. I Had problems in this shop five years ago , and I thought maybe things possibly changed , but I was wrong. Here's a picture of both sides of my tire that you can see is not showing chords, like the employee claimed. And it even has nipples on both sides of the tires , because they are brand new. This attitude would explain why Les schwabs parking lot was full and less than a block away. This business was empty.
