This is a great place to give your business to. Some of the best service I've had in quite a while. My car is a little different, it's built to Canadian specifications. We weren't sure if the lane assist was connected to the windshield I was having replaced, so they ordered both of them to ensure I only had to come in once at no extra charge. They also offered to install my new wiper blades for me, and gave very clear and accurate expectations for the first couple of days. Definitely recommend them, their name says it all.

Unfortunately, smaller locally owned shops are getting out advertised by national chains that WAY overcharge. Getting a quote from a company with a catchy jingle for more than twice what Reliable Auto Glass quoted and finished the job for just proves it. Support your locally owned honest shops! Wow! Incredible service! Why would you go anywhere else to have your windshield replaced? The owners ( Eric & Kim Mehrimher) were so kind and professional. Renae who did the scheduling was outstanding in her communication. Had the exact OEM windshield replaced and at $200 less than anywhere else. This is hands down the best glass shop in the area. I come from Liberty Lake to these guys, having tried some closer options. Their office staff is efficient, and communicates clearly. The shop is on schedule, and they do great work. I have had my windshield replaced, and then 2 weeks later rock chips repaired in my brand new windshield. Both times everything from start to finish was done well!

Great customer service and service itself. Dealt with another company for weeks and they kept canceling so I called Reliable and they had me in and out within a few days with a new OEM windshield. They even were able to put my stickers on my new windshield from my old one which I didn’t even ask them to do! Super nice surprise knowing I don’t have to get my stickers replaced now. So grateful I found this Christ-loving business! They came highly recommended by my Ford dealer so I knew they could be trusted. Plus they have tons of other great reviews! The ladies at the desk were so sweet and were listening to worship music, which simply made my day. They finished replacing the windshield on my Bronco so quickly.
