Terrible service 😑 couldn't even get the job done making me wait two days just to put my tires on the rims and then said they ran out of time to mount them.. and on Monday I had to miss work just to get them mounted and was told it would have to wait.. and its a terrible location no parking any where!! Needs to relocate and be more reliable.. told me 4 hours and its been todays!!

I woke up to a flat tire, I was able to air it up to get to perfection. There was a screw in my tire, unfortunately it was in my sidewall and I needed a new tire. Perfection got the tire there same day and got me in before closing to get the tire swapped out. Drake was awesome and my tire was under warranty! Perfection is the place to go.

A great team of professionals deliver top quality service. My mother has been coming here a lot of years, and I took her car in to get the heater fixed. Turned out to be both the resistor and the blower motor had gone out. I got a call, and truth was I was a little shocked at the price quoted...it was mostly parts, labor was the smallest part of the cost. When I came in to pick it up, the cost was about $50 less than the quote because they had called a few suppliers to get the best price. It's always great to pay less than you expect, the other surprise was how quick it was finished. Definitely a recommended source for your auto service needs.

I am thankful that perfection tire didn't charge me for fixing a flat tire. I was able to get in and out very quickly. My only complaint is that they parked my car in a huge water puddle and I had to get to my front seat by going in the back door of my vehicle.

I brought my 2003 Ford F350 Dually here after having a poor experience with Discount Tire (they not only ordered the incorrect tires, but they realized that they lacked the ability to install them after the fact). The guys at Perfection Tire ordered me the *correct* tires in the *correct* size and were extremely attentive when it came to my requests. They were extremely professIonal and they installed my tires without issue... and, they were cheaper than they were at Discount Tire! I am extremely pleased with the service here and I plan on bringing all of my vehicles here for the foreseeable future. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks!

I came in with a tire that needed repaired with no appointment or anything. They took a look at it and saw the tire wasn’t able to be fixed, but they might have one they could replace it with. They were super fast, fixed it in like 30 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. It really helped me out considering Christmas was less than a week away!!

I purchased tires and gave specific instructions on wheel weight placement, after two trips they got my wheels and tires correct. I walked away with free damage to my wheels which they said was normal for removing the weights. They didn't really seem to care all that much about my time or property, not even a sorry or middle finger... Nothing! This shop was the one I recommended but now I don't think so.

You would think when you spend $2500 on tire they would want to work with you on a simple rotate and balance. Guess not. Thanks for the response.. I never once asked to be ahead in line. Just some common curtesy and respect. That wasn’t happening. Will never go to your cda shop again. However. The rathdrum location. They were kind, helpful and got me right in. I will only go to them and I hope all the other clients you disrespect do the same.

We truly can’t thank Perfection Tire enough for squeezing us in today, even though the shop was absolutely slammed with everyone scrambling to get their snow tires on! I’ll be the first to admit we dropped the ball and waited a little too late, yet when we arrived in a bit of a panic this morning to get our daughters snow tires on, Lucas the manager didn’t hesitate; he calmly found a spot for us, and as always took care of us! He even helped park her car! From the moment we pulled in, every member of his team greeted us with genuine smiles and "Hi"s. When asked if we wanted "all season" vs "studded tires" for our daughter, Lucas took a minute to understand her travels, and suggested accordingly. The friendliness, professionalism, and family feel we experience every time for the past 10+ years with service to all of our vehicles does not go unnoticed! Thank you Perfection Tire CDA!!!

I've had 2 screws, in the same tire, 2 months apart. Both times I called in advance and asked about how long it would take and that I'd be there soon. Both times they were overachievers and got it patched in a shorter time frame. They seem like they are having fun and they want their customers back on the road as soon and safely as possible. I will recommend them 10/10 to anyone who needs a patch! Plus, it's FREE. Thank you wonderful humans at Perfection Tire CDA team!

Super bummed with these guys. Perfection has been taking care of my 10 service vehicles, my personal vehicles as well as all my employee vehicles for a few years now and I was perfectly happy with them until today. One of my employees took one of our company vehicles in for new tires and were given a single quote. When I asked to speak with the counter guy to ask a few questions I was smugly told “tires are expensive”. Cost is not my concern. Performance and longevity are. I ask my employee to run over to les Schwab up government due to the poor service and awful attitude at perfection. I called perfection and much to my surprise found that the guy at the counter was the manager. After a brief conversation, I could tell, due to the cursing and unprofessional attitude, that our business is not important to them. Les Schwab gave us three options after asking what the truck is used for and how many miles it’s driven during the winter. After a lengthy conversation and some education on tires, I decided to spend well over what perfection offered in their single option estimate because the service was better, I was taken to tire school and I didn’t receive one word answers. Ohh also I wasn’t cursed at. That was nice too. That kind of customer service may have been fine five years ago but it’s not a good business model today. This little town is growing at an alarming rate and consumers want real service. Keep up or close down. My recommendation is to go anywhere else unless you’re into being talked down to.

I purchased a full set of performance tires from Perfection Tire - Coeur d’Alene in February 2025. Within months, they told me uneven wear was my fault for not rotating often enough and sold me two additional rear tires. In February 2026, during a routine rotation, they admitted their technician sheared off my $350 locking lug key. They sent me to the dealership, where I learned the lugs had been torqued far beyond spec. The dealership had to drill out the bolts and replace them, costing me $475. When I asked Perfection Tire to cover the damage they caused, they initially ignored me, then accused me of having someone else work on the vehicle in that short timeframe. They refused to cover the repair costs (despite sending me to the dealership) and ultimately sent just $64 for new lug bolts, not even enough to cover the destroyed key. The tires continue to wear poorly despite following their rotation and balancing recommendations. This company does not take accountability for their mistakes and cost me significant time and money. I would not recommend them.

Lucas and his crew are hands down the best in the biz! Lucas set my wife’s 2020 Expedition up with the best Toyo studdless winter tires to make sure she’s safe for winter roads. We drove it up to Schweitzer today and the car handled AMAZING, no slipping at all. Lucas also swapped out a brand new, faulty TPMS and modified the rear axle to accommodate the wheel center caps.
