We got a good deal on the purchase of the chevy equinox, but do not expect service. The service department is not helpful, doesn't want to fix the problem, is willing to let you come more than three times for the same issue..and is just generally..unacceptable. My cousin bought a week after us, because of us. She has had the same terrible experiences we have had( never a loaner available and never able to take her anywhere). It is very sad that such a nice looking dealership would allow such terrible treatment to its customers. We are just past the year mark and will be doing business with Buddy Chevrolet..closer to Atlanta but the people you deal with are worth it. Shame on Athens Chevrolet. My boss at the credit union actually warned me not to buy there..to go to Athens Ford..but we didn't listen. We did pay for it.
