Awesome, professional place. I have a kia and the dealer said I didn't need a tune up until 100,000 miles but jiffy pulled up manufacturer's recommended maintenance and it said 70,000 miles. The showed me the filter and the sparks plugs that needed changing and probably saved me from a bigger repair later on. Definitely will come here again

Horrible! My college age daughter went in fir a regular oil change. They instead used a synthetic oil $109 for 2012 Kia. They saw a young girl and took advantage. I tried calling 4 times and know one answers the phone. I live in NJ a regular oil change is $54 Do nit go to these crooks!

My husband took my car in and forgot his phone and didn’t have the $25 off coupon and was charged over $100. I called and asked if the could credit us if I gave the code and I was told no. Additionally a month ago I went to tap off the oil and the attendant tried to up sell me a $$$ repair. I said I would consider having the repair at my next oil change as it wasn’t due for over 1000 miles. Meanwhile today the attendant made no mention of.any repairs.

Having been a long term customer with Jiffy Lube over the last decade in both NC and GA, I did not hesitate to reach out to Jiffy Lube upon my recent relocation back to Athens, GA. Worst experience ever. The oil change was necessary, but the $29.99 tire rotation was an “up sale” as was the replacement of an air filter ($40…) This one visit required 2 additional return visits…1st to reset the instrument panel to show that the oil had actually been changed…no idea if this was actually done. Had barely gotten back on Atlanta Highway only to have the instrument panel identify an issue with the tires “low air pressure”. Returned back to the facility and was met with complete indifference and “your car has blue tooth & should automatically reset itself”. When I suggested that “maybe they shouldn’t charge for services that they are incapable of completing…” was met with shrugged shoulders & staff all going into their office. Extremely disappointed & very upset, I left the premises. I paid for services that I have absolutely 0 confidence in the service quality or care. And now I get to pay AGAIN to affirm that what I paid for was completed as well as correct the “low tire pressure” issue. Will I ever return or recommend? NEVER. 👎

I went to get my oil changed somewhere else in town today and they told me that the last time I had it changed, which was at this jiffy lube, they had over tightened my filter so much that they were not able to replace it without risking doing damage to the car. They told me I’ll have to now take my car to the dealership as they’ll be the only ones equipped to fix the issue jiffy lube has caused my car.

Took my car to get my oil changed today. Everything ran fine with my car and the only service I was getting was an oil change. After paying and cranking my car to leave I noticed all of my lights including my check engine light was on and my whole car was violently shaking. Since I knew it was not like this before I got out and went to find someone to let them know only to discover that everyone had disappeared. Likely due to whoever drove it off the deck knowing he messed something up. I found someone hiding in a back room and told him about what was going on. He proceeded to gaslight me. Saying things like “well the oil is good” while my whole engine shook and misfired in front of us. I asked him who all touched my car he refused to tell me. He refused to admit they messed my car up he refused to tell me what was wrong he refused any help at all. He even insisted that maybe I just “didn’t notice” that my entire car was violently shaking before. I immediately left and took it to a shop where it was confirmed that they left an airflow hose disconnected. I’ve gotten no money back or even an apology. Do not go here. There was no reason for them to even touch my engine with an oil change.

Grabbed an oil change for my older girl. Have to maintain so she doesnt breakdown on me. The service techs were professional and quick to service my car. Manager Richard offered tire rotation for my ride which I declined and I was offered an air filter replacement by another worker Reno. Great guys. They try to stay up to date on their skills. Will return for next oil change and maybe a tire rotation. Great shop. Great people.

I had an oil change at jiffy lube and had the worst service . I usually go to Jiffy lube in Kingsland and get remarkable service and they many different items on your car and inform of what service they have. In Athens Richard asked us what we wanted and said an oil change. The oil change took less than ten minutes and then he asked me to step into the show room to pay. Usually they go over over the work and tell what was good and what you might need but here he just gave the receipt and said okay thanks. It came to $124 dollars minus a $20 discount. At the oil changes in Kingsland it always has been right around $75.. When I got back to the house I looked on the receipt . It showed inspections that were completed and were okay but during the oil none of these inspection I observed them doing just changed the oil. There were no other customers at the time so they had time to do the inspection. Very disappointed in this jiffy lube and I would not come back. I might be spoiled from the Kingsland jiffy lube because they do a complete inspection of your car that includes checking your lights , flashers, air filters , all the fluids the car needs , the air in the tires and they reset your maintenance light. They then go over how the inspection went and give you a copy of the findings. Now that is service but I definitely would not go back to the very poor job they did in Athens especially at the price they charged Not a good value for me at all.
