The service advisor i spoke to told me that they absolutely could not help me, that the ecu could not be overwritten and that i had to buy a new one for $2,000 plus programming cost. I took it to Audi in Winston Salem NC and got it done. Someone needs to educate these advisors.

Great service experience! I made my appointment for a recall service a few weeks in advance and when the time came to drop my car off everything was in order and they were ready for me. Jason was communicative about the status of the work and set me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Given past experiences at other dealers I had no expectation of this level of service for a recall repair that was at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks again!

I had an amazing buying experience at Audi Roanoke. The sales team that assisted me (Evan Shuck and Sonia Older) were outstanding. Evan went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted for a price that exceeded my expectations. The trade-in offered for my 2018 Q5 was generous and a $4K manufacturer's rebate on a new 2023 Q5 made it impossible to pass up. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Bill (Audi sales) and Ryan (F&I) made the final transaction seamless. Many thanks to everyone involved.

I had an unfortunate experience with Audi of Roanoke. During my visit, there was an issue where an oily object was placed on my cream white leather back seat, causing a noticeable stain. I promptly informed Kaleb, the service advisor, who offered an apology and assured me he would discuss the matter with the manager. However, when he spoke to the manager, they denied responsibility for the stain. My attempts to follow up with the manager via phone were useless as my calls went unanswered. Additionally, some basic service tasks, such as checking tire pressure and refilling washer fluid, seemed to have been overlooked, leaving me concerned about the completeness of the service provided. To make matters worse, the process of picking up my Audi was further delayed when my keys were not left inside the car as agreed upon. They had to be sent to me separately. I had invested a significant amount, $6,000, for axles replacement and servicing, so needless to say, this experience left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with Audi of Roanoke. I do not recommend.

After purchasing an SQ5 out of state, I can say that the service Bill provided was exceptional. Bill was quick to respond, respectful, and was incredibly straight up through the whole process. Bill also followed up after the sale which was appreciated. The whole process of buying the car was quick, painless, and I was in and out within an hour of arrival. Overall this dealer provided a great experience and a great vehicle.

Everyone at Audi Roanoke were great. We had a memorable customer service experience. We got a flat tire during a family road trip in the middle of a highway just 2 miles from Audi Roanoke. Craig from parts arranged to have our vehicle picked up by a local towing service company who arrived within 20 minutes. Craig had ordered 4 new Michelin tires to be delivered within the hour. We were picked up separately in a brand new Audi A6 by Mike, and brought to the service center. Craig from service got his fastest mechanic on it given our situation. While we waited, we were shuttled to a restaurant of our choosing. When we got back from lunch, the car was washed and ready for us to take home to continue our road trip. We also received a bag of Audi branded trinkets. Our experience was great and is certainly one we will remember. Thanks to the Audi Roanoke team for turning a stressful situation into a great one.

Terrible customer service. The service department would never call me back despite multiple calls and voicemails. My husband would call and then get transferred to the “manager” who would never pick up the phone or return his call. Do not recommend. If you’re debating between buying an Audi or a different type of car, go with other option if Audi Roanoke would be your service provider.

I began looking for a new car in February 2024 and had been reading about the Q5. I drove over to Audi Roanoke on Peters Creek Road in February and there was only one person at the dealership.........a man in the Maintenance Department who was on the telephone. I hung out for a while, walked the lot, came back in and he was still on the phone, so I left. I stopped back on May 29th and after 10 minutes of looking around, someone asked if I needed help. I said yes and he apologized saying all salespeople were "busy doing other things at the moment" but he would find someone for me. I waited another 10 minutes, but he never came back so I drove away. Today, my wife and I drove over to the Audi dealership, and I told her, "If we don't see a salesperson today, I am never coming back to this dealership again." As fate would have it, an Audi employee walked over to the BMW dealership behind the Audi Dealership and found a young man who looked to be every bit of 12 years old. He said he was a salesman for BMW. I asked him if he had any Audi Hybrid's on the lot and he said, "I Think So." After scouring his mobile device which I presume had the Audi inventory, he politely said, "Sorry sir......we have no Hybrids on the lot. However, we can Geo-Locate one and have it shipped here if you want to buy it." I told him that I just wanted to test drive one and talk with someone who knows and understands the Hybrid Q models......to which he replied, "Sorry Sir." In summary, if you are looking for a dealership that is concerned about quality customer care, wants to provide exceptional service and is knowledgeable of their automobile products, DO NOT COME TO THIS AUDI DEALERSHIP ON PETERS CREEK ROAD IN ROANOKE. They may want your business, but they are doing nothing to Earn it.

We had a great experience with Robert Medlin. He was so easy to work with and we felt comfortable with each step of the sales process. I will buy my next Audi/BMW/Acura from him. The only step they could make better is to have more Finance managers available on a Saturday. We waited an hour and we believe you could allow folks to walk out because they do not want to wait. The level of professionalism is always high at this dealership. The service manager is very personable and knowledgeable. Craig takes his time explaining things in a way you can understand them. The service department is extremely detail oriented and I have never had a problem with their service. The video explaining what they checked and did is also a plus. I know my car is well taken care of. All-in-all 5 star service for sure!

If you are looking for an Audi, then this is the place to make the purchase. Bill Call, our sales representative, was extremely knowledgable and very low key. No high pressure to buy and respected our personal time. I highly recommend asking for Bill if you are in market for a nice Audi.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They scam the people that come in and charge them ridiculous costs when services are still under warranty. Upon trying to resolve the issue, they refuse to address or answer phone calls. This service is by far the worst dealership that I have been to. I am switching from Audi as a whole to avoid this going forward. Please consider elsewhere to prevent being scammed out of $1000.

l've contacted and reached out to the service department multiple times in regards to an oil change and no one has attempted to contact me back. The online chat service representative, basically said she feels embarrassed for my experience and that it's my choice to bring my vehicle to be serviced at Audi in Richmond. It just blows my mind how they operate her. Every single time they said a service manager would reach out to me, he/she never has. I'm just over this dealership. I'm paying for a service, I'm not begging for it. So for me to keep having to call back to back and no response is like me begging. And that's not how businesses are done.

My husband and I had been looking for my dream car for several months when I gave Duncan Audi a call and Jim Thomas answered. I had expected to just go out and test drive an Audi Q5 with no plans to purchase anything there. We have had some bad experiences at Dealerships in the past with the high-pressure sales tactics. When we arrived at Duncan Audi, Jim greeted us and spent some time with us explaining all about Audi and the Duncan dealership. We quickly realized this place was different. He made the whole process very easy and never once pressured us to make the purchase. He was literally a phone call away for any questions I had, and there were many. He answered all of our questions with great detail. Jim really knows his stuff. Once we made the decision to purchase the 2022 Q5, the buying process was streamlined and painless. Audi of Roanoke is insanely bad. 2 bad services in a row. First time I requested a loaner car then when I got there denuded me of this (I live an hour away and had to miss work bc of this). Second time I asked for an oil change and they have me a 50k mile service and also charged me for replacing parts on my car they destroyed. Oh along with the fact I had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to come up and talk to me as well. They suck.

Today, I had the extreme pleasure to be fortunate enough to buy an Audi from Audi Roanoke. Erin was my salesperson, with some help from sales manager, Evan. I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasant and enjoyable experience buying a car than with them. They were patient, friendly, fun, and amazingly knowledgeable about their cars. I was very specific on what I wanted and they literally bent over backwards to find the exact car I wanted. I truly felt like I was car shopping with friends. They are the best of the best! It was obvious from the beginning how sincere they were and wanted to make sure I would have exactly what I wanted. They negotiated a VERY fair deal with me, and I got an amazing vehicle thanks to them.
