Mario and team performed again!. I had a complicated fiber optic factory integrated system in my ML63 AMG. The vehicles noise cancelation system is integrated into the stereo system and the original amp was creating feedback from the noise cancellation system. Long story short - Audio Interventions "worked the problem" and were not satisfied, even when I was, and worked on it until it was perfect. My number one compliment goes to Mario! Not just because he’s a great guy, but he took the time to sit down and figure out the best audio system for me. No hard sales, no rush, to make a decision, he simply listened and then found the perfect system for me. I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma that I absolutely love. But I knew it would really help me if I had a CarPlay system installed. I just had a factory stereo Bluetooth system, which was fine, but this way navigating is much safer and I just love it. Horrible experience. The gentleman/owner at the front is extremely rude. Does not know how to speak to customers. Yelling at customers in not acceptable. He yelled when I went to the back to simply let the tech know where to install my radar. And he says up to 2 hours to hardwire a radar when the last place did it in 30 min. This place is a scam. Never again. Save your time. Go elsewhere.

Mario & his staff are absolutely amazing! I CANNOT say enough about what a fabulous job doing what I thought was the impossible , with custom changing LED headlights and interior lights! I can't tell you how many people compliment my car and how pleasant my experience was, From the first day I went to see Mario It was a very nice experience, he tried to help me by giving me ideas, and the second time I went to finish the job wow ,,when he took me to the shop to see my car, i was in love my car i was in love, I dint want to get out of my car, and I won't go anywhere else but audio interventions ....I highly recommend it, it will be the best experience you will ever have. :)

Excellent customer service. I came in with a very loud popping noise on a Friday night thinking it was the speakers. Mario took the time to educate me recommending a thorough review before spending any money. I came back Saturday morning, the team did a thorough review with given me the option for repair or replacement.
