If I could give zero stars I truly would however you have to press one to be able to write a review and I’d rather do that and save someone from going here than not. I made an appointment to get 4 tires INSTALLED mounted and balanced. Right before they closed I received a call saying that they could not get my tires off the vehicle to install the new set I just bought. I drove up and asked if there was a way to receive some kind of discount since the job wasn’t completed and was told by the technician yes he would “hook me up since they knew us” my family and I go inside and we speak to the so called manager, Eric and he was so disturbingly disgusting with the way that he spoke. I could not actually believe that he alone was a manager there. He kept repeating himself and not listening to us as a customer And told us that mounting and balancing is what we’re paying for, and that an install of tires is a courtesy which made no sense when on the paper it shows your pain for an install, which I was Also up charged for. Before leaving the car there when we first walked in to get the appointment, he was already aggravated, which is the second time that he’s had an attitude with a customer that I’ve seen personally because the first time we ever went to purchase a $900 set of tires on my husband‘s truck - he Threatened to quit in front of another customer because they purchased an oil change off of Groupon versus tire choice itself. He is a very angry person. My point though was that when we first walked in his breath wreaked of alcohol which I had made a comment to my husband but thought it would be ok since he wasn’t the one doing the work on my vehicle. After showing back up to pick up my vehicle that the tires did not get installed on when we had asked for a discount he kept repeating himself saying that it was not his problem. It was our problem and that he cannot discount because the money comes out of HIS pocket, and he doesn’t get as big of a percentage if We did not pay full price. we mentioned also that my new rims were scuffed up and I was able to send in proof for that. He also got so upset that we would not leave and pay full price that he kept banging his fist on the counter and screaming to the point that spit was getting into my husband‘s face in front of our three small children. We were very common collected, and I really hope someone’s able to view the recording inside of the store. I walked outside instantly and called customer service And that has gone Nowhere. If I could help one person not have to get put into a position to go there and be lied to and your job not be done correctly or even completed. Then this review was completely worth it and I really hope that Eric is able to get the help that he needs and become a better manager for the store.

Warning! After moving down here from the Chicago area to be near my aging parents I was at a loss to find a good auto shop. I read the reviews and decided to get my brakes done at this shop, having, better reviews than the other Tire Choice near me. They informed me that my rear shocks were bad and needed to be changed so I agreed to the service. After driving my car for only a short period I noticed a rattle by the passenger rear side. Assuming it was a faulty shock I brought it back and they told me they changed the shocks, for free, however the rattle was still there and worse. I Brought it to another shop to get tires and while it was on the rack I asked if I could look at it. I discovered that the shock mount, that was supposed to be attached with 4 bolts, was only attached with TWO, and one was recently broken off, because there was no rust formed yet. Will never go there again!

This is NOT the place to go. They try to bully you. I bought a brand-new tire, drove straight home, and it was already flat—with a nail in it? Seriously? The only tire they replaced was the one with the nail. Very suspicious, especially since the other three old tires were perfectly fine. They even had the hood open on my car. When I asked why, they said they were just “checking to see if they needed fix something else.” What?? Avoid this place. Total red flags.

Horrible!! Made appointment with manager and arranged delivery of tires day before. The next day showed up at 10:20 for 10:30 appointment. Confirmed appointment, price and time of labor for service with assistant manager Angel. He states 1/2 to 45 minutes at $307.00.After 15 minutes, someone pulling in with flat tire and Angel talking with a customer in the repair shop. I approached Angel and questioned why my car was yet not on the rack. He told me he would take care of it. Thirty minutes later no tires yet. Angel came into office and said tires were not there and will go pick them up. I said just put the old tires back on and I will be on my way. Angel said he would still needed to charge me to take tire off. That being said. I stayed and finally left shop at 11:25 and was charged additional $30 for shop parts and not even a sorry or thank you. Angel was very rude during the process. Will not be back. Will not send Anyone there.

Only technician they had was hour late. Was told I had 2 bad tires. Just got 2 years ago and wanted 600.00 to replace even though I have a warranty. I won't be back

I had a great experience with Tire Choice. I made an appointment, rescheduled it, and then showed up early. They did their best to expedite some front brake work for me and then charged me roughly sixty dollars less than original phone quote. I relaxed in the chair in back and ate a sandwich. It was a good day. I believe the manager I worked with was Ray Henry. Nice guy! We talked shop, and classic cars a bit.

Somehow the mechanic bent the arm In half that holds up the hood. Found it that way when I got home and popped the hood to check something. Had to go back so they could fix it smh. It was a great experience until then.

Made my same day appointment online, super easy to book, and came in a few hours later for a full synthetic oil change, came out with a smile and a very happy car. My vehicle was very well taken care of. They laid down floor and seat protectors to keep the interior nice and clean. Super friendly group of guys! All shop spaces were kept neat and clean. Large windows into the work area so you can check on the progress as you wait. Free coffee while I waited in a comfortable seat, had great car conversation. All around great visit! When you come in, ask for Chris or Leo, they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Where to begin, We were headed to go boating for the day and made an apt to drop off the car and pick it up the next day. When I walked in John ( I think that was his name ) was helping a young lady so I waited as he was the only one working the counter, Their were papers and documents all over the counter and the counters behind the guest counter was completely covered with boxes and parts and various items of clutter, basically everywhere. He took my information and the car information and was interrupted several times and went out in the shop and came back several times. We were probably there at least 30 min so as you can see I had a lot of time to take pictures including the documents of the employee being written up left out in the open on the guest counter for all to see. The showroom was dirty and the bathroom was worse. Seel all the pics. The next day I went to pick up the car and pulling into the parking lot I noticed immediately that my passenger mirror was damaged. I went inside and paid and told him about the mirror, we went outside and looked at it and he said he would order a replacement and call me when it came in. I waited .... and waited... so now several months later I have decided to give up as I have since sold the car broken mirror and all however I never got around to a review until today when I received a flyer in the mail and it has prompted me to continue with a review. They also didn't put a new reminder sticker in the window. They need some serious help in this location, the manager is obviously overwhelmed and the employee's... they were all in shorts and t shirts and one even had on foot flops. See the pics and you decide.... but I have found a new automotive facility.

There a noise on my front left tire and 2 months ago a mechanic at the shop quoted me $1900 for the repair. This time for the same noise I was charge $900 to change brakes pad and rotors. But the noise is still here and was charged unnecessarily. Mechanic there are very untrained.

I was given great service and my tires felt far more safe driving after the pressure was increased. It was cold but that was not the only reason they were low. I am very glad that your mechanic was careful to measure and raise the pressure in all 4 tires. I will return.
