Mike was able to replace the battery in my car key but he became extremely rude and aggressive when I questioned him about the cost. I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this. I truly was afraid he was about to become violent.

Thought I had to go to the Apple store to get my iphone fixed. They were closed due to the pandemic. Fortunately, I found Batteries Plus on a web search. They fixed my screen quickly. Awesome customer service at an affordable price. Will definitely return and recommend to my neighbors.

I brought in my old lightbulb to this store and had an associate help me pick out the correct replacement bulb. I was assured by this associate I would be able to return the bulb if it wasn’t the correct kind and didn’t work. Well, the bulb did not work and I just tried to return it. The associate and manager both refused to let me return the bulb or give me store credit. What terrible customer service! They said one thing to get me to purchase the bulb and then refused to make good in their commitment. Be careful if you go to this store. They are not a quality establishment and should not be in business. Very poor customer service.

Incompetent, irresponsible, and over-priced. I ordered a car battery from the website. The battery was almost 50% more expensive than equally-rated competitors batteries but came with a one-year longer full-replacement warranty which seemed like a reasonable risk/reward. The website did not indicate it was not a stocked item at any local store. After ordering, I was contacted that the battery was not in any store and was a special order and I would have to wait a week in spite of my credit card being charged. The next week I was contacted the battery arrived. I borrowed a vehicle and went to pick up the battery. It was the wrong battery. Not only did the vendor/warehouse ship the wrong battery but the store management failed to have adequate procedures in place to check received items against the actual customer order before acknowledging acceptance from the shipper and before calling the customer. Their only excuse was "everybody makes mistakes"! In this case, more than one person since it was not detected at the store level. Their "solution" was to be without a vehicle for another week, borrow the vehicle again and make another trip to pick it up after they try to get it right by reordering the battery. Very poor management to not only acknowledge responsibility (since they are the point of customer contact) but also have adequate procedures in place to prevent the occurrence of needlessly and erroneously notifying the customer when they receive the wrong product.

Had a issue with my car battery and stopped by Battery Plus in Bonita Springs for assistance. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from the Manager Jessie. Her knowledge, expertise was willingness to provide excellent customer satisfaction was greatly appreciated. I will continue to patronize Battery Plus for years to come with that quality service! I also bought a scooter battery and it has struggled to hold a charge since I bought it. I take it in today and I was told it was my fault because it was dead. Every time I bring a battery in with an issue they do their best to never honor a warranty. I have yet to see them honor a warranty. They were use the old excuse that it was my fault so that they don’t have to honor the warranty. I told them that I buy a lot of batteries here and that they do their best to avoid honoring their warranty. I told the manager I’m just going to have to go someplace else and he said PLEASE DO. I work in retail and I know what it’s like to provide great customer service and to make sure that the customers keep coming back. The manager for this place was about the worst I’ve ever encountered. So good luck batteries plus because if you keep treating your customers like this you won’t be open forever.

Save yourself time and money but just going to this store to buy the unusual battery that you need. If you have an unusual need they not only have the battery but can effortlessly open the devise and replace it for you. This store is a huge time saver.

Terrible experience, the guy would not return a battery that was bad. We have the receipt. There is a sales record of the battery. The employee was belligerent to my wife. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

This is the greatest battery store ever. Every time I go into the store with a problem they always fix it. I especially want to give a shout out to Hunter who always helps me. He takes his time and if there’s an issue, he will work on it until he finds a solution. I would encourage everyone to use this store for all their battery needs.
