Never had such rude customer service and talk come out of a foul mouth person that claims to be in charge . Kate , you are an embarrassment to this establishment and this place needs a revamp or to be shut down before serious problems arise and possible lawsuit or worse. Just a complete circus. This place has taken a complete nose dose in last few years and dragging the name down with them. What a shame!

Michael and his crew were so helpful. I had low air pressure on one of the tires in my husbands truck and I pulled in without an appointment and he helped me on the spot and explained how the tires weren’t reading correctly after being recently balanced. They sorted me out quickly and I was in my way. This place has the best service. I’ve been here twice now and I’m very happy.

I called three days ago, giving them the specific tire and model that I needed and they said they would order it and have it in that evening. I said cool I’ll be in the morning. What time do you open? He said we’re open at 7 AM and we’ll get you in and out. I show up no tires. He says he’ll have him in later in the day and to come back they don’t close till seven he’ll get me in and out. Came back guys still didn’t order the tires. You gotta work hard to lose money like that. Incompetence is rampant 🤦🏻♂️

Made an apt. ahead of time, went in for tire rotation, synthetic oil change, and complete rear brakes including drain and replace fluid with new rotors and pads. Promised in two hrs max, but part delivery took longer because we’re in south west Florida where during season the traffic really slows down everything, 2.5 hrs. Very good service. Very pleased. TP had my car for 10 hours on Saturday. I phoned TP 3 times to see what was happening. Each time I was told someone would call me. Afraid not! Finally, I just went to TP and took my car home. No quote was made on the cost of fixing my car leak. This was the third time I had the car at TP for the same problem. The visit on Saturday was a waste of time and I left without even getting a quote to fix my problem. I was very unhappy with the way all this was handled and I believe that Bruce should have performed much better.

Went in today with my 2019 Nissan Sentra. I was told my battery and spark plugs had to be replaced. They tried to tell me it would cost $786! I told them I was going to call my dad to see if that sounded right because for a 2019 Nissan Sentra??? Make it make sense. I get it…Im a young girl so they assumed I’d be an easy target. Before calling my dad the worker said “tell your dad I’ll do it for $650” as if that made it any better. I said “I will just pay the diagnosis fee and go else where.” He proceeded to tell me the diagnosis fee was $116. I went on tire plus website and it costed me $9.99. I asked for my diagnosis sheet after paying and was told they didn’t have one because all they did was test my battery. So on top of trying to rip me off for almost $800, they tried to charge me $116 for testing my battery. I brought my car to auto zone and had them test my battery & replace it for just the price of the new battery. I was also told there is nothing wrong with my spark plugs. Avoid unless you want to be scammed.

I was helped by a guy named Michael (Please forgive me if I am incorrect but I believe that was his name.) He helped me get two new tires. Him and another guy with a cool hat but I didn't get his name. They were both very helpful and were willing to go the extra mile for me. I will return in the future to give you all my business just because of those two people. While waiting for my service I saw how they helped the other customers that showed up and I was equally impressed by how they consistently tried to make each experience exceptional for those customers as well. I hope you appreciate them as they should be. That quality of employee is hard to come by. As a customer they are what keep me returning. Nothing else.
