My husband had his fleet vehicle repaired here and everything was amazing. The communication was top notch and everyone was so nice. They let him know what was going on every step of the way. Before even considering going here to repair your vehicle, please, look on the BBB! Don't trust your insurance saying they recommend Caliber Collision. You'll find countless complaints about their unethical business practices, delays, and quality issues. My experience was the same, mind you this was their 3rd attempt at fixing the issues: - Originally estimated 2-3 weeks (turned out to be 4 months) - Original estimate: ~$8000 (Final cost $15,000+) - Replaced fully functional parts - Did not fully correct the dent in the hood - Alignment issue with both the hood and front bumper - The newly painted front bumper was mismatched in color - Completely drained the battery, causing the need for a new one including installation and registration. - The car come back with a major fault code: Can't start the car in 600 miles (probably caused by the countless jump starts they did). - Put irreversible, deep scratches in both the new and old headlight - Scratched the clear coat with improper car wash methods

I was absolutely distraught to be involved in a fender bender in my new Mustang, but the great folks at Caliber made it look like it never happened, and the repair was done ahead of time! No shady practices here, they even went over my itemized repair estimate with me and used OEM parts at my request. Lifetime warranty! Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional and they had great communication with progressive insurance on my behalf. It was the first time I never had to get too involved. I used to only go with dealership suggested collision facilities but Caliber is the new go-to!

Everybody there was really very professional, the manager Moe Make sure that everything was done to my approval. Three years ago, I took my car to Gerber Collision on Old 41 (recommended by the auto insurance) after a palm tree fell and damaged the windshield, passenger mirror, right & fender.They assured me that the repairs would be covered under warranty for as long as I owned the car. Fast forward three years, the paint on the repaired areas has started peeling, while the rest of the car’s paint is perfectly fine. I went back to Gerber to ask about the warranty, but the representative told me it wasn’t covered. “ it’s wear and tear” and did not even bother to at least take a lookof it. This goes against the warranty promise they made at the time of the repair. Even when I first brought the car in, communication was poor & not all the repairs were completed. They barely kept me updated throughout the process and only called me when the car was ready for pickup. While they might be a quick option, in my opinion, their work doesn’t hold up over time, and their warranty promises seem unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend them. If you’re looking for long-term quality, you might be better off taking your car to a dealership, even if it’s more expensive.

I ran over something in the road today and a panel under the engine came loose. I was afraid to drive far so stopped in at Caliber Collision. Nya at the desk was very kind, called Moa from the shop who looked at and said "sure we can take that off". Not only did he take the car back right away, they reinstalled the panel. At no charge. I have had (2) vehicles repaired with Caliber Collision, both times my expectations were exceeded. Most recently the Bonita Springs location fixed my wife's F150. Drop off was quick and easy, staff was absolutely wonderful and courteous. Cara my repair rep answered all my questions with patience, she was in regular communication with me updating me at every process. Her and her team were even able to get the truck done a week sooner than expected. I would highly recommend them.
