The service was prompt and the service manager was friendly and professional. My only concern was I was notified after the scheduled service that a vibration was detected and the car needed engine and transmission mounts replaced. I had not noticed any vibration, so I wondered if the additional $1,700 service was actually necessary. It was my first time using service center.

I am so pleased with Debold! I was steered there by the AAA service technician that came to jump the dead battery in my BMW X3 when I returned to my condo in Bonita Springs. I needed a new battery ASAP and Debold got me into their service garage immediately! The representative I worked with was pleasant and professional and gave me a “heads up” that I needed my brake fluid flushed! I will soon schedule that service with Debold!

The worst shop in town very expensive, they wanted to charge $395 for an oil change. Brought my car there for a transmission flush and they couldn’t get it to work right after their work was done. One of the workers there offers to sell me one of their used cars because they were not able to fix mine. Pathetic. I will never take any car there again. Very unprofessional and rude.

They are always 10-15% less expensive than the dealer

Good service if they actually service your vehicle. Made an appointment a week ago head of time and when the day came they couldn’t get to my oil change. I understand that situations come up but at least call your customer to let them know and they can reschedule the appointment. Instead I had to call to see what the hold up was. Spent the whole day without my vehicle which was unnecessary
