I have a new car and I unfortunately rolled over a nail which almost made my tire flat. Tire choice in Bonita Springs fit me in right away and checked my tire. They were very professional courteous and made me feel really safe. My tire was quickly and rapidly patched. It was interesting to watch them. I really have to give a special shout out to Leo, he has provided me with five star service over five times now, I keep having to delete my reviews to leave additional five star reviews haha. I rolled into town with my 5th "low pressure warning" this year, frustrated thinking I'm going to have to get a new tire- I went got a haircut and came back to find out the damage, Leo actually patched it for free under warranty and was able to swap out my reverse lights before I was able to walk back across the parking lot, the damage? Covered under warranty because he sold me the tire a few months earlier, convinced me to get the warranty because I kept getting flats on my trips down from Tampa- he saved me $340.85, dude is pure gold and has never tried to upsell me, and has literally shown me(pointed out under my car to my face) where other mechanic recommendations were not necessary at all and why. This shop has been pure gold Everytime I have come in, thanks again Leo and team. A+ 5*, would recommend and will return for additional service.

I recently made an appointment for an oil change over the phone. I have a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. I had previously called three other facilities regarding prices for an oil change. I went here because it appeared to be the best price…boy was I wrong. Over the phone, I was quoted $79 and change for 6 qts of synthetic oil and filter. My vehicle takes 8 qts, so I was told that 2 additional quarts would need to be purchased. No big deal until my final bill came to over $147…nearly double my original quote! Wow. I finally paid $120 cash and left. When I got into my vehicle, I found that my air filter monitor had been reset instead of my oil filter monitor. My “best mileage “ feature had also been reset for some reason. In short…a clear “bait and switch “ made for a very unpleasant experience.

Very reasonable pricing on the set of new tires I purchased, but the big surprise was actually the service. It was the quickest tire service I've ever experienced. They got me scheduled and in very quickly and completed the full tire install extremely fast. I think from phone call, drop off, to pickup was well under two hours. The staff were all very helpful and polite as well. I will definitely go there for any tires again in future.
