I've had better experiences. My 1st time, shame on the dog. The 2nd time, shame on me. Went to the other side of town, same company, unbelievable "knowledge", and very friendly! Will be taking the extra time to drive the extra distance, well worth it!

Stay away from this place. They tried to rip me off on a return. Couldn't find the receipt but used a credit card and had the price I paid online. Tried to refund me a sale price on a store credit. Took twenty five minutes to straighten it out, and they were very rude about it.

This place is so bad. Do not recommend to anyone that needs anything for auto parts. 1 they close whenever they please, whenever they’re feeling lazy. I knocked and called when the hand written piece of paper said they closed at 6pm and the dude looked and hid in the back (tubby white guy) my clock said 5:48. He finally came to the window and pointed his weird finger at the sign that said 6pm and showed him my clock and he waddled away. I have never felt so disrespected by an advanced auto parts. It’s an auto parts store for crying out loud why do you need to close earlier than the intended time. This place needs some serious new management.

Great place to shop! I bought a battery the other night and took it back to my car. We didn't do a very good job putting it in ourselves, but the store was already closed by then. Like I hate being a Karen but I just walked into this advance and came to pickup my online orders. I was called yesterday at like 6 and was told my stuff would be ready tomorrow. I walk in today after church and my stuff isn't ready. So the guy (I didn't get his name) who "helps" me out is already giving me attitude, oh well. No biggie there's a lot of people. But then when he brings me my stuff he doesn't even bring me the correct stuff. He just decides to give me whatever and then when I told him "this isn't what I ordered" he throws the paper slips of items at me and says you give it a shot then. So I found ALL MY ITEMS BY MYSELF. The guy went to hide in the back. I asked the "manager" named Cajun for the guys name. He supposedly doesn't know him. Like what? Trying to save face? I was just gonna ask what's the point of the attitude? Why am I the customer doing your job for you? Literally been coming to this store for a long time. I even WORKED at this location back in 2017 so I know it's a great place. My cousin used to work here as a manager. I don't know who these people working are but they have to change their ego. No way someone should ever be treated this way.

My car wouldn’t start after work around 5 PM, and I had to pick up my three daughters from daycare before 6. Thankfully, this location was just two minutes from my job, so I headed straight there. I was immediately greeted by Brendan, and after I explained the situation, he quickly tested my battery and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Without hesitation, he installed a new one and had me back on the road in time to get to my girls. I’m so grateful for his quick action and kindness. The world truly needs more people like Brendan!

My best friend, her 4 children and I went in to purchase some supplies due to her car overheating. The manager, “Cajun” was unbelievably rude to us. He told the 19 year old when she went to look for someone to help us, that “you can’t be back here.” Now keep in mind, she seen him and simply walked towards him to ask for help. He told her to go!! He was unbelievably rude and irate !! He then began to holler at my friend. He said if we weren’t BUYING anything that we had to leave . My friend had already spent nearly $100 buying supplies for her vehicle BEFORE “Cajun” said that . He’s a piece of work for sure !! We’ve never been treated so horribly in our lives. I then told him that she had purchased items and he POINTED HIS FINGER at me and said “I’m not talking to you.” His behavior was inexcusable and disrespectful !! This cry baby of a man is a manager at that. Now Chris and Hunter, the two workers were extremely compassionate and helpful!! They helped us get what we needed to fix her vehicle. Just a warning to all that he has a horrible temper!!

I went to this store needing a quart of oil for my car and was approached by Chris. I simply needed a quart of 0w20 oil for my rav4. I have always run Mobile 1 oil but he insisted i needed to get fram. He followed me around the entire store and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was constantly talking and almost made me feel like I was being preyed on. I knew what needed and did not need him to breath down my neck the entire time. I did not feel comfortable with how he was acting. He had no interest in helping anyone else in the store. I felt extremely unconfutable around him. Thankfully there was another worker that understood what I needed. Never had a more uncomfortable at a parts store before. Will not be going back here. Women beware.
