I’ve been using Bonita bubbles for years and always loved them!! However , last few times I went recently I’ve been disappointed. My exterior had spots all over it and also the inside doesn’t look like it was touched at all. I get it if I got the basic package but I always pay extra for platinum package. Very disappointed.

Great job. Got my truck looking new pretty much. Missed a couple dog hairs and maybe some water drops on the inside of the grill, tiny lil spots, not a big deal at all. Happy as can be. Great service, reasonable prices and they have plenty of guys working to ensure a short wait. Will def be coming back. What they did in a half hour would’ve taken me 4+ hours easy. 👍👍

I always wait to give tip outside . The vacuuming has always been sketchy. This time there was obvious debris on driver mat after vacuuming. Wiping of the interior was very superficial. No tip this time.

Just 1 hours ago I done oil change for our car 🤯🤕. Synthetic Oil change includes Free Platinum Wash Service, however workers asked more money. I asked clean doors in inside, they asked more $69.99 🤯🤕. We done before same service that was perfect, today so so bad and horrible. We paid more $7 for Rubber Mats, what Included before. I believe what Owner this is Business will love make costumes happy, because Costumes made business. However workers not value job what they have and have chance make money also not respect, not valued clients. In my Business never will be workers who not respect my Clients and my Business. This is people destroy Business and life people. We paid a lot money for our Car’s. I so bad feeling after this is service. So disrespect.

The manager Tony is attentive to the customers needs, and Abbey the cashier is very personable, courteous, and friendly. The establishment provides an array of services from car washing to oil change, and a variety of automotive maintenance needs for your vehicles.

Well they knocked my camera off the front windshield and spilled my coffee all over the car. Not a good day at BB. Asking me if I'm happy with what I paid? Not so much considering I have to go buy a new camera.

I came here at about 1:30 on a Sunday and they were not too busy, but the customer service was really good! Everyone was helpful and they knew what they were doing. I will say the services are a little more than at a quick place and the wait time could be an hour or more. However, I am very pleased with the detail they put into cleaning the car. The interior smelled really nice and its a very painless process from the point of the customer. They have a shop inside where you pay and you can buy drinks and air fresheners. I recommend this place!

I got the premium pack to get my truck Looking fabulous again, they did not even clean the door frames. Nor did they clean the interior window windshield. They knocked my phone holder out of the cup holder and left it on the floor on the passenger side. They also did not clean the center console which I had to get them to do again. And the attitude was quite amazing. I think they think everybody is a Pushover. And I was treated as if I was a stupid individual.. As I was waiting for my truck, I was watching the associates cleaning everybody's Door Frames end when I approached the associate. He was actually quite abrupt and rude instead of saying yes, sorry, we'll take care of that. He just said no. We don't do that. And yet I had just watched for 20 minutes. All of the cars in front of me being done quite a shame. I got rushed through.

They do a great job with the exterior, but on several occassions, they have done a terrible job with the interior. Missing big spots in wiping down the dashboard, console, and windows. They are in too much of a hurry.

Alex took amazing care of my car and it looks better than ever! I did the entire full detail out and in with all the extras since I’ve put it off for too long! I was overly impressed and it’s been a few weeks my car still smells fresh and looks shiny while the rain just rolls right off it! It’s would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone for their car detail!!

I just had my mother take my car to Bonita Bubbles for a car wash, but did the ooil change package because it was cheaper than other places and came with a free platinum package car wash. She even told them how unsatisfactory the cleaning job was and all the employee said was well that’s the platinum package. I was already upset because they told me a different price on the phone yesterday than what they charged me today. I even ended up changing two filters that really needed it which is more money in their pocket and they still did a poor job of cleaning my car. No fragrance either. I came here a couple years ago for many years when I lived in this area, and their service has really gone down. It was definitely rushed.

I visited Bonita Bubbles today , and I can honestly say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival I was greeted by Brendan, who seemed to take my request to have my cup holder cleaned as a personal affront. I simply asked if he could ensure that my cup holder, would be thoroughly cleaned since that was the main reason for my visit. Instead of accommodating my request Brendan responded with an attitude proudly announcing that the car wash would cost $70. My car is a new, it was a tiny spot I needed removed. When I expressed my discontent with that price, he callously told me I could leave if I didn't like it. I was taken aback by his rudeness, especially as I was trying to ensure my car was cleaned properly. When I stood up for myself and pointed out that he had no right to kick me out, he arrogantly replied that they had the right to refuse service to customers. At that point I asked to speak to his supervisor, hoping for a resolution. The supervisor was very kind and understanding and offered me the actual price of $20 for the interior cleaning which i was happy to pay. However, Brendan decides to interrupt our conversation and speak above us, that is when I asked the lady to please take me to her manager who happens to be Alex the father of Brendan. Alex totally dismissed my concerns, Brendan followed me all the way into his dad's office basically harassing me and making it known that he didn't care that I was on my way to the manager's office. The entire experience was marred by Brendan and Alex's lack of professionalism and courtesy. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected by young man that could be my son, backed by father. This man Alex is not the owner and doesn't care about the customers that visit Bonita Bubbles he cares about his son's pride and builds his ego by approving his bad conduct. I can't recommend Bonita Bubbles to anyone who values respectful customer service . I won't be returning anytime soon. Mr. Tim I know you are the owner, this family duo is hurting your business. read less

They did an amazing job washing, drying, vacuuming and cleaning my mats in the car. Also they cleaned the tires & rims. I only wish there was a car wash like this, in North East Ohio. I pay the same amount in Ohio to run my car through the auto car wash and I have to vacuum it and wash the mats myself.

great experience. your one stop shop for greeting cards! I would shop for greeting cards here, even if you don't need a car wash. so many options and loads of funny cards that will give you a chuckle. we got the gold car wash for i believe $30 with tax. we did not wait long, yet while we were waiting, we enjoyed the card selection and purchased a few. there is also a television for light entertainment. highly recommend!
