Talk about service!! I was unable to get anyone to move my car (I'm still up north) when someone suggested 'call G&C Towing'...I was concerned because I would not be able to provide a key. I called them and within an hour they were at my condo on Vanderbilt Beach. Their truck was too big to get under our carport but they called me and said they could get it done! The weather was terrible, the hurricane was moving in and at that same time a tornado warning came out.....I thought I was kissing my car goodbye, and praying they were not at risk, but they called me shortly after drop off, I paid them (no price gauging from them) and they were very gracious and professional. It's never fun when you need a vehicle towed and these circumstances were against all odds. Great Service and great people......

My truck got towed on a Friday evening after 4pm. I tried to get it out the next day or at least see how much it would cost me to get my truck out. Guy tells me office is closed til 8am Monday. So Monday I called and young lady answered and said my bill was already $604 and some change I was shocked the amount was so high especially right before the hurricane started. Then I call and talk to Chris the owner to see why bill so much he starts to tell me then ended up getting rude with me on phone because I got mad my bill was so high after only a few days. This is price gouging.

While I didn’t have service work done I tried passing by the backside and a truck was parked in the fire lane. I went to ask for it to be moved and was informed it’s a private pass way and he uses his truck to block it so his employees are safe, and I said oh ok we didn’t know. The man was a bit rude and I said next time maybe not be rude about it and I was told go back to the bar and have a drink. Well I did have a few choice words for him as that is EXTREMELY rude! While I had ONE drink mind you at the establishment next door heading to meet friends, BUT in no way intoxicated! As a business owner I would NEVER treat people this way! A fire station is on the left and I wonder how they pass through🤔🤔 Maybe try to be nice to people!! Never will get my business I will find another shop!

What an amazing prompt service. Got to my truck at 4:15am this morning to head across the ally for work and my truck wouldn’t start. Called multiple 24 hour companies with no answer. Found one company who couldn’t make it on time and referred me to G&C. In less than 2 rings they picked up. They were at my condo within 20 minutes of me hanging up and had me on the road by 4:55am just in time before my shift began. Thank you for the prompt response and the professionalism that you guys showed.

Every company can do whatever they want. But when a company has a worker that’s so rude I have to call the cops on, it’s quite sad. If you’re hiring someone for towing, I’d say call everyone else but these people. Unhinged and unprofessional. I called other towing companies around so they can remove our disabled vehicle and they said: “ we don’t deal with that guy, he’s very difficult I’m sorry” That’s their slogan that’s been given to them, not just by me, but others. He physically pushed me and I did not threaten him like he said. Total beta, and a liar!

Staff member broke down & car was towed by this company by pd; as tow we called took to long. When calling to confirm if they had car we were called rude& hung up on saying he didn’t cover this area, as police said they had it & they refused to confirm hanging up while questioning if there. Called back post a 2nd call to police as to car whereabouts to confirm if key was picked up or dropped in street and got confirmation. Upon trying to pick up car with owner who needed ride here we were declined , requiring a 3rd call to police. This company wasted valuable time. Owner was rude & disrespectful to women. They did try to save face with the pd by towing to repair place for free but only after having a 3 unit response from police. If they can’t do a proper public service for pd maybe they shouldn’t have the contract. I have attached a copy of the receipt as we paid cash PII was blocked for privacy. Proof of services rendered.

A company where the office doesn't give you an explanation, they don't respect the laws and hang up on you. They kept my car for 30 days without permission and took $2500 from me. They asked me that only the owner of the car can get it out, and even though I had the documents in order and proof, they dragged me out for 30 days just to get the money.

G&C towing goes above and beyond. My elderly mother's car broke down in Bonita Springs earlier this week. We called G&C towing and they had a truck there very quickly. The young gentleman who arrived in the tow truck was very kind to my mom and very helpful. He helped my mom get into the truck and also out of the truck. The tow truck driver stayed with my mom until my son could go pick her up. Very kind professional. The owners Chris & Gail have helped me and my family for many years and always save the day. Highly recommend G&C towing and their mechanic shop too.

My Jeep was sent here as a sub-vendor job without my approval and the experience was disappointing to say the least. Poor communication and professionalism. My Jeep sat for a week with nothing done (probably for the best because they clearly don’t know Wranglers) and the mechanic’s condescending tone sealed the deal—I won’t be returning.
