They were able to fit me into their schedule right away and get the tire replaced at very little cost, all while being super friendly and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate going back to them.

By far the best auto repair shop in the area. No scamming, great customer service and communication, and consistent reliable repairs. I recently brought my wife's car in to diagnose a leak. I get a call back saying there were multiple significant leaks and a turbo manifold that was about to go. Instead of telling me I had thousands in repairs, I was told that they would get the vehicle cleaned up a bit, and then recommended trading in versus flooding parts and money into a depreciating asset. I am very grateful for their approach...they WILL NOT sell you on anything that you don't need and genuinely want to make sure you're leaving with the best possible outcome. Because of this, I won't go anywhere else.

Auto Aces has always treated me fairly and honestly. Had an issue with rear wheel noise and left vehicle all day with no appointment. Joe drove it twice-no noise. They pulled rear wheels and found nothing. They cleaned out brakes. Still no noise. Joe didn’t bill me since there was no noise to fix. I appreciate the time they spent. Thank you.

Upfront and honest doesn't make unnecessary repairs. Dropped my truck off for front end repair. They recommended it has alot of life the parts were not worn to the point of needing replacement. Recommended re visiting at a later time! Most places would have replaced it and took my money! Highly recommend!

Came in for a wheel alignment and was told they couldn’t service it until i fixed all the problems THEY GAVE ME in order for my vehicle to get serviced, i went through the whole process of fixing everything they listed out for me and went to get my wheels aligned, now they’re telling my car is rusted to much and they cant service it because of that and i know for a fact there is rust on my vehicle but not enough for it to break down i had my vehicle on jack stands for 2 whole day trying to fix it and not once it cracked, bent, or broke on me, this company has absolutely ZERO communication with there local customers and if they really didn’t want to fix my vehicle they could’ve told me what to do not just say “good luck” from one of the femal employees. Never going back and very unprofessional

EDIT: quick response and customer support is awesome! Changed to 5 ⭐️ I've always appreciated the good service and quality work provided here when I bring my vehicles in. However, I was disappointed to find oil splatters on the driver's side of my car after my recent oil change. It's not a significant problem, but it's certainly something that could have been easily avoided. A simple wipe down before pick-up is a basic courtesy I would expect from a professional service.

The only downside is that they're so good, there's starting to be a bit busier and so you might wait a few days to get your car serviced (or weeks for an oil change).

They estimated getting my vehicle in the next week, but got it in and done sooner. They was very helpful and patient with me considering I had to travel back there to pick up my car.
