I recommend these guys to anyone I know. They've always taken care of my wife's side of the family so I decided to try them out after going to my family's repair guy since...forever. The worst experience l ever had brought my car and got it worst than it the guy even did a burn out in front of me trying to tell the brakes were the problem but provided him wrong and now I have to bring it to someone who knows more about than screwing someone over

AVOID!!! I originally had my car fixed here because my car engine was overheating. They changed the engine thermostat and added antifreeze coolant to it. A few days later, the same problems start happening again. When I take the car back to them, I ask them to drop me off at my work and they use my car (which is overheating) to drop me off. Not surprisingly my car engine blows out on the way and now my car is considered totaled. I lost my car because I trusted these guys to fix it. And to top it all off, they even refused to refund me the $180 they charged me for the original “fix” they did. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Quality marksmanship. Dropped off car and got it fixed the next day at a reasonable price. Multiple places told me the manifold muffler system will cost me over 2k. I took it to the shop and the mechanic was able to cut and solder pieces to where the price was near the 200 range. I have not had an issue since.

These guys are the best! I really have very little knowledge when it comes to cars. So I'm always afraid of repair shops taking advantage of that. But at Phase III that is never an issue. I have relied on them for years with any car troubles I have had. They have never done wrong by me. They always get your consent before starting any work and are totally transparent about what it will cost. And they are quick to get the work done. And I gotta say, I thought it was pretty sweet and adorable when I picked my vehicle up from them last week. Due to complications from carpal tunnel sometimes it is hard for me to grip the wheel so I have a steering knob on my steering wheel. Which didn't quite fit right and would just flop around. And they added some rubber cushioning and tightened it for me. ❤ I never asked them to and they didn't charge me anything for it. That lil touch really did warm my heart🥰

Wow. Honest, quick, polite, im just in utter appreciation how he helped me. Showed up @730am on a Monday. I was told my cooling fan wasnt working. They was able to get me right in with zero wait. Even cleared my check engine light codes & my fan was proven to work with no issues. Didnt try to upsell or make me buy anything, but out of pure appreciation (and i needed them) they was able to get me new wipers and quickly put them on without any complaint. Happy customer visiting from Kansas City. So thankful for the quick squeeze in even tho you had plenty of keys/cars in front of me.

Certified by whom I'm not sure. Back in the day the service was impeccable, pristine and top quality. Leaving you with a feeling of trust and that you spent your hard earned money properly. Unfortunately everything and everyone does not age well like whiskey and fine wine. Came in for some minor work, the big stuff like the engine replacement was already done. $6000.00 later and not one thing they fixed worked as it should. Not even the door. Had to return multiple times and still nothing is functional. When we asked for paperwork for our new parts we were told it was unavailable to them as they had a contract with the company. The other response we received was "that you can't take an old car and make it new again." Well first off we wouldn't have car shows if that was the case and secondly I didn't know asking to put new door hinges, hydraulics on the back door and motors in running boards was asking for a car to be made new again. I certified this place as a waste of time, money, energy and healthy lung space after all the 2nd hand cigarette smoke I had to breathe in while filling out paperwork. Advice: verify certification before you move forward. For all I know it could have been "bartender certification". Make sure the guy with the certificate is doing the work. Not Tom, Dick or Harry who they hired last week without any. In general learn from our expensive mistake and also read through the reviews which sadly have more cons than pros as time goes on.
