We brought our 2 cars in for repairs of dings, dents and paint. We could not be happier! First of all, the customer service from Jim, the owner, and Paul, the manager, was stellar... professional, friendly, timely, keeping us informed, and true to their word. The repair work was excellent on both. We initially and obviously took our new Lexus SUV to the dealer body shop. They put a dollop of paint on the paint chip area which also had a noticeable dent ...and called it fixed. We then took our SUV to Holschuh. They fixed the dent and buffed the chip area to the point that it is no longer visible. The recommendation for Holschuh came to us from a local auto service shop on Velp. Many thanks! We will not go anywhere else from now on. Such a treasure to have found; we highly recommend. Thank you to the entire team at Holschuh!!

I have never received such great service as I did here! Not only did they do everything they said they would, they also did more, and didn't charge me extra!!! The work was top notch and so was the customer service - Jim and Paul are amazing! When I went to pick up my car, Paul took the time to explain everything they did and show me the pictures of the process. I couldn't feel more secure about the quality of the work done and have never experienced better service than this from any other shop I've ever gone to! Take your car here - you will not regret it!!!

Holschuh has provided me excellent customer service and thorough, professional body shop work every time I’m there. I’ve had them work on two of my vehicles after accidents and they always go above what they’re expected to do. They’ve found problems outside of what they were to perform on several instances and fixed each issue to ensure I have a safe vehicle to drive home. I was without a rental car during the time they were working on my vehicle and provided me with a loaner car completely free of charge. Paul, the manager, was very personable and seems to really enjoy what he does. I couldn’t ask for better service and will continue to come back any time I need their service (which I hope I won’t need.... but if I do, Holschuh is where it’s at)!

Well, while supply chain issues still abound if your car was built overseas, the patience and great communication from the entire crew at Holschuh made a long wait tolerable. Brought in car right after having a deer almost come through the windshield. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Explaining the process for repairing the car from inspection to working with the insurance company. I had brought a new SUV in previously from being rear ended. When they were done it looked like new. Will recommend Holschuh to anyone for great service and repairs.

I was in a rear ended car accident leaving work one day. I am originally from Chicago and just moved to Green Bay for a new job. I was really nervous about getting my car fixed here in Green Bay and unfortunately I was unable to drive my car down to Chicago to get it fixed. Luckily I was able to talk with the guys at Holschuh Collision. They were all so helpful and reassured me that my car was in good hands! They made everything with my insurance company so easy! I felt like I could trust them! I had to wait 3 weeks for parts to come in, but I expected that driving an older car. They fixed my car in 3 days! They made everything so easy with the my rental car company! Then when I got my car back it looked even better than it did before the accident! I was so impressed. I would give them a 10/10 stars if I could. So happy I went to them to get my car fixed. I will for sure be sending people their way for car repairs!

The day before Thanksgiving a deer took out the two doors and fender on the driver's side of my Pontiac. Thank goodness for this place! They worked with my insurance company and actually saved my car rather than totaling it. The work they did was excellent. They called me with updates and got it done two weeks earlier than they thought they would start it! Holschuh was honest, reassuring, and everything was high quality. I worked with Paul primarily over the phone, and I must say I appreciated how kind and honest he was on the phone each time I spoke with him.

The Paul, Jim and the staff at Holschuh Collision were just outstanding from the time I brought my vehicle in for an estimate until I picked it up. They were professional and courteous treating me like a person LOL. This is rare sometimes for a female dealing with automotive industry. All of my concerns were addressed, and the repairs were completed on time and done so well. They were a joy to work with dealing with the insurance company, ensured that my repairs were done within the time frame set. I would recommend this shop to anyone for any body work. Also as an additional note: my car was detailed while at Holshcuh. When I received my car back it was perfect. Very very happy with the results, My vehicle looked almost showroom ready (for a 12 yr old vehicle) 😊

This is a great place to get your car fixed at. I had a person at my apartment scrap my front bumper on the painted area. I was very worried about this because I just moved to the area and did not know anybody or the area. I looked on google and found this place right down the road from my work for the summer. I went there and went to the front desk and the owner came to help. I described what happened and he took a look. He cleaned the area and used a touchup paint bottle I had form ford for my truck to fix rock chips and he used a steady hand to apply the paint to look nearly perfect to the original paint. I was very happy with the work and how quickly he was able to fix it. The pictures are the damage made. I will try and add a picture of the fixed area

These guys have always been my "go to" place for body work. On time and on budget, they are great at what they do. Recently I had a front bumper replaced and less than 2 weeks later an errant grocery cart smacked it. I immediately brought it in and rather than making me wait they fixed it on the spot (amazing actually considering how bad it looked). Straight up the best in town.

The front bumper on my 2012 Ford F 150 was pushed in this winter and left part of the front end cracked and rusting. They made it look even better than it had originally! The work looks great! I would definitely recommend Holscuh Collision Center. Paul kept me informed throughout the process explaining everything that needed to happen. He was the one who contacted the insurance company and worked on my behalf to ensure they were able to get the best quality materials that they could. Really a priceless quality to a person like myself, who doesn't know anything about auto body parts, and would otherwise be at the mercy of the insurance company's recommendations. Thanks for the help through the process. I couldn't find the before pictures (probably because Paul took them for me and created a report to send to the insurance company), but this one is how nice it looked after. The front end looks as good as it ever has.
