If I could vote 6/5 stars on this place I would. Auto Select Green Bay West - literally superheroes. Superman, Captain America, the Avengers, The Justice League, whatever u prefer, Auto Select IS THEM. I neglected a weird rackety noise in my car for so long and it came to the point where I thought my wheel was about to fall off coming home from the gym on a brisk Wednesday night… I called this place and not only were they cheaper then every other place, but they expedited it. I took the car in basically after hours at like 530 on a Wednesday… they had that puppy fixed and ready by 2pm the NEXT DAY… AND I was able to make it out for the Packer Game. Truly heroes… and wanted to give Tall and Short (dude isn’t really that short 🤣) Tony honorable mentions as without them it definitely wouldn’t have been possible. Every other mechanic shop should be following what this establishment does that’s for SURE. And no, AI did not write this.

Got my battery replaced here on my 2018 ford escape (which is notorious for having a tedious battery to take out) the other day and I was surprised by the friendliness and overall great customer service provided by the employees here. Fair price and quick as well. I would for sure come here again for any other services they provide and would definitely recommend others to for sure.

Great customer service. I called Tony E. cause my check engine light came on. Explained what was happening. Tony E. got me on the schedule within 2 days. It would have been sooner, but I needed a loaner car and they didn’t have one available until the next day. Tony E called me to give me an update along with an estimate. And to get the okay to complete the job. I wasn’t expecting to get new tires. But when they were looking at the tires, they found cracks in the rear tires that were leaking air. My vehicle is now all set for the winter. Every one is always so friendly and happy. You are always greeted with a big smile. 😊 Thank you for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs, repairs or maintenance.

Great people. Had a starter issue and unfortunately nowhere north of green bay had a starter. Got in quickly and went for lunch and it was done. However, I asked them to ensure it was fixed and that the starter was the problem and did not damage the flywheel. A few days later the starter started grinding again and now I am having issues getting it warranty repaired due to no part number reference for Napa to be able to confirm. This service also cost me 250 dollars more than my honda mechanic back home and is a common issue with these smaller starters. Now I have to find someone to start all over again with finding out where in the starting mechanics the issue is while doing more damage while trying to find the actual cause. Apparently these starters for this generation have a plunger system that does not engage properly where as previous and other models with traditional starter assemblies do not have these issues. Which makes sense as the old starter was stuck engaged and red hot according to auto select but no further inspection was done to see if anything was damaged as there were no notes suggesting that there was no damage from the bad starter even though they had to diagnose it prior to removing the starter but claimed it was a customer request to just remove and replace. Again good people but pricey and not as detailed as other mechanics. Also just a FYI, they charge outrageous for labor. They charged 175 for what amounts to less than 30 minutes of labor and that's with a Red hot starter. My 2.4 accord cost less for a starter and was a 2 hour total labor repair because of the starter location. The v6 is right up top and easily accessible.

Excellent shop with great customer service! It's a challenge to find anyplace that will do an oil change on a Volkswagen TDI. They are a blessing 🙌 They not only got my oil changed, they found a loose oil cooler line and tightened and preformed a thorough inspection with no upcharge. Auto select swooped and saved the day in such a big way I was literally in tears. We moved across the country last year and have no family or anyone around to help out when life decides to sucker punch you in the face. I reached out to them early this morning and in no time (and I mean no time) the had my car towed to their shop, assessed, an extremely reasonable estimate AND a loaner car at my house complete with my car seat from my car so I wouldn’t be stranded all day with my kids. I am not kidding when I say this is the best service I have received from any company ever, an I’m not just talking from this industry, I’m talking globally, if chik fil a knew how excellent an efficient my service was they’d feel very humbled right now. This was a crazy stressful situation and they literally took all of the stress out of it. Go with this company, you won’t regret it.

My car broke down on the side of the highway at 10:30 at night and I had it towed to Auto Select. Stopped in the next morning to explain the situation and they were able to get my car in and diagnose the issue on short notice. Unfortunately, the repair was beyond what I was willing to pay. (Tall) Tony and the team at took the plates off for me and held the car for a salvage pick up and were very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely use them in the future for any service needs.

I visited on Thursday The 22nd. I needed a tail light replacement bulb . They were able to get me in right away to fix. I was very impressed with the quick service. Because it was cold out. I thought they would be busy with batteries not starting for people. Or any other cold weather service. Next day I returned as I noticed another bulb was burnt out. They were able to fix and check all the others. I will definately go back for other services . And recommend to anyone looking Thanks guys now I can feel safe on the roads and not get ticketed for burnt out lights . A very happy Nnew customer. 😁

Id give this place 10 stars if possible. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My car broke down on Friday and I was able to get to to their shop shortly before closing. They said it would probably be Tuesday or Wednesday before they'd be able to look at it. Monday morning I get a call that they have looked it over and think they've identified the problem. By the afternoon they had it fixed and was able to pick it up. Just incredible service. Definitely be going here for all my car needs in the future.

Tall Tony at Auto Select was great to work with. He stopped what he was doing to help me and was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and actually listened to my concerns. The free loaner vehicles were a nice surprise, especially coming from Wyoming. While I was out of town, Tony took care of my wife when she had a flat tire and handled everything, including the tow. She needed new tires and the pricing was the best we found. The front staff were friendly, and the Green Bay memorabilia in the shop is pretty cool. We’ve confidently found our new mechanics.
