I had a car involved in a wreck and called to see if it could be repaired. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and reluctantly told me due to the airbag having deployed and the age of the car, it was uneconomical to repair. I appreciated his candor and the fact he didn't stick me with a tow bill to tell me that! Even though we didn't do business, I'd recommend Green Bay Auto Body for its customer service.

I had to take my car in for for a dent which also caused my door not to be opened plus I had a gouge in my front quarter panel from a dumpster hinge. Oh my goodness the guys were so great they made it so I could open my door until my appointment date and when the time to pick up the car came, I could not believe my eyes. I had the most beautiful brand new car ever they went above and beyond. my car was detailed,the repairs were perfect and they buffed out scratches which absolutely madethe car look like it just came off the showroom floor. I can’t say enough for the quality of their workmanship on top of the way they do customer service outstanding best ever! And to top that off, they were the lowest of three estimates that I had I couldn’t have asked for better.
