I woke up to low tire pressure and noted a screw and a nail in my tire when I stopped for air. I drive around in my car all day for work and no place would just look at my tire and give me an idea if I was safe driving! Matthew's was the only place that offered to look at it in the parking lot without an appointment. It ended up being an easy fix: pulled the nail out with no damage and set me up with an appointment the next day to patch the hole. Personal service, friendly and willing to do more than they have to. I will also go to Matthews for any of my automotive needs!

Good Service - wrong tires. Goodyear weather beater 2s have great grip on wet and slippery pavement. Lost 4 miles per gallon at highway speed because of aggressive tread design. May be good on smaller vehicles but not good on my conversion van.

I have been going here for regular repairs on my 2017 ford focus sense I got it in Summer 2023. All staff is very nice. The room where you can wait is also very nice. Prices for what they do don't seem too overpriced or even overpriced at all. Would recommend for people when they get their own car!

From out of town and called Matthews to see about helping me out with a flat tire. They said they would try to fit me that morning between schedule appts. They work hard to get me and in that morning. The staff was very kind and professsional and great customer service. I had tried to call the local dealership and said it could be all day. The dealership did not reach out to me in a kind fashion; only like I can take my chances. Highly recommend the company in Green Bay. Michael and both Dave's were awesome and much appreciated.

I am sorry but unfortunately they have proved incompetent and overcharged us. They overcharged us 10 times what the timing chain kit part can be easily be purchased online ($280 vs $2,800). They don't take responsibility of the issues they caused instead of fixing. Our main car made an odd sound from the engine and we brought it in before a long trip. They estimated two options about $6.500 for timing chain kit replacement or $12,000 to replace the whole engine. Luckily we did not have to replace the engine and agreed to just do the repair and paid them what they asked. One mistake was not to confirm the estimate costs carefully before hand. They up-charged us $2,800 for the cost of a $280 part (aftermarket timing chain kit for 2016 Lincoln Navigator) and thousands of dollars for labor. We got the car back and it was leaking and burning oil from the sensors on top of the engine on a long trip to DC that they guaranteed was safe to drive after their work.We were inhaling burned oil smells all the way there and back. We never had any leaks before this. We brought it back and turns out they damaged the engine cover in their timing change job and that needed to be replaced which they absorbed the cost but we were out for another week on a rental we had to pay for. Then we took the car home and it leaks coolant again, even more than the oil leak they caused before. The car has not had any leaks before, it was clean. The leaks came out of the work they did. All the explanations we get are deflecting blame, they do not take responsibility that they caused the new issues, but it is obvious their work caused more issues than we started with. Before this current job, a couple months back, after an oil change they forgot to put the screws in on the skid cover under the car which fell off while my wife was driving. I had to zip-tie it in a snow day so that we could drive it back to them. Now for this job, we already gave them about $6,500 plus spending hundreds on a rental during the time they are fixing issues they caused with their work and there is no end to it. My advice is to look at the estimate and do some checking before you agree to pay them 10x for the cost of parts. They proved they are not able to do good quality engine work or pay attention to details. I regret leaving any negative reviews, but this incompetence is very costly in time and money. We all make mistakes, but we need to own them.

I dropped off my car at 7am and it was done by 2:30pm that same day,they had alot to on my car bearings were gone and so we're my tires I never even expected them to have put brand new Nitro low profile tires on my car. When I brought it in it drove like it needed to go to the salvage yard. Now it drives like it's 2012 and I just bought it off a car lot!!! Not only that But I could have never been able to afford to fix my car if it was not for Matthew's Tire and The Golden House they were able to help me out with the total price and I was able to afford to get my car repaired and drive feeling safe. Tom at Matthews Tire was great! He seemed to care about the fact my car was dangerous and stressed that to me when I got the estimate. He gave me a amazing price and was able to get my car in right away for repairs. The staff there treat you like your family and the mechanics do high quality work for a adorable price. I know I will most definitely take all my cars to Matthews Tire. If it was not for Matthew's Tire I would not be back on the road again. Thank you Matthews Tire for the wonderful job you all did on my 2012 Chevy Impala. I am extremely happy and feel so blessed.
