Instead of posting anywhere that they weren't taking walk-ins (for the entire day, it's Walmart bro) they had 3 people waiting for over 30 minutes to ask for oil changes to be told no. This dude saw us all, walked past us all for 30 minutes and couldn't say a word.

I called to figure out if they had some tires for my car and the first lady if so kind and transfered me TWICE to the Auto Care, i dont know of its something with their phone but I stayed in the line for more than 16 minutes and it was just dead silence before getting hungup. Bad service. Do better.

I came in a 7am to get 4 tires. There was 1 guy ahead of me. They told me 1-2 hours. After 1 hour and 45 minutes the staff asked me if I could come back at noon due to appointments. Overall it took almost 5 hours to buy tires. Next time I will pay more for better service and integrity with service times. I will never use this service again. Fits the pattern of the Walmart experience.

I had four new tires I bought from Walmart mounted here. The tires came in quickly, and the staff was friendly. They had me in and out pretty quick (I made an appointment ahead of time). Unfortunately, I began to experience issues immediately with my car vibrating at higher speeds. I brought the car into my usual place, and they informed me that the tires were not balanced correctly when they were mounted. In the future, while I will purchase tires here, I will have them mounted at my usual place. I cannot recommend Walmart Auto and Tire Center.

At my last visit to Walmart on Mason in Green Bay I went because I need air in a tire. The employees totally ignored me as I was standing at the counter in front of two employees. When they finally acknowledged me I was told by one of them that they did not do that there and I needed to go to a gas station or a tire store. Which is not true because I had been there before for a different tire but for the same reason. Then the other employee said "no we can we just need to write it up", and explained how. Then the other employee said to me well we cannot do it now and he didn't know how soon because they had a two hour wait. I told them I didn't have a problem with the wait but I did not appreciate how rude they were especially the tone and just left. I spent my money elsewhere. What has happened to Customer Service?

I bought four brand new tires from there several months ago, one of my tires was going low and thought I could get in to get it looked at. I was told they don't take appointments for that and that I could try my luck coming in and waiting to see if someone could fit me in. My tires were under warranty and I think they should have found a way to get me in quickly. I waited over 3 and 1/2 hours and finally had my tire fixed and left. I was never told sorry for the wait and it was a horrible experience.

If you need an oil change don't ask them to rotate your tires, had a technician almost walk out today because I added an tire rotation to my oil change. Will not be coming back

They choose whose vehicles to work on and when they get busy, they find reasons to tell you they will not service your vehicle and won’t tell you why. If you’re lucky enough to be the one serviced, they usually fail to even do what you paid them for. My last oil change, they changed NOTHING! Had another Walmart fix it

My girlfriend needed four new tires so we drove separate vehicles and spent the night in Green Bay. This was a 75 minute drive on a spare tire to reach this location. She received a call the following morning that they were unable to change her tires because they lost the proper fitting to remove her lugnuts. They offered to sell her 620 dollar tires to throw in her trunk so she could have someone competent install them. Naturally, she declined and had to risk the 75 minute drive back on her spare tire. She lost time, gas money, stress, but was fortunate to make the 150 minute round trip safety. How can you operate a tire center without the proper tools to change a tire? I'd recommend paying the little extra to get your tires changed than risk getting them changed here.

Two different times I’ve had things stolen from my car by the technicians! Small things but still, very unprofessional. Another time I was charged for tire rotation but nothing was rotated. Would not recommend and have since changed to another auto shop down the street.

This would be getting a one star if the guy at the front wasn’t so nice. He was awesome, very friendly and informative, love a straightforward customer service rep. I called last week to see if I could make an appointment for an oil change, I was told they were walk in services only, first come first served. Ok, that’s fine. I get here at 6:50, 10 minutes before they open and am literally the first one here. I go to check in and then get told that there is someone with an appointment before me for their tire services so they will be working on her car first. That really ticked me off since I was told it was walk in services only, but seeing that there’s only two of us, I stayed thinking it would only be an hour, hour and a half. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER they pull my car in to be serviced. I’ve never been to such a SLOW Walmart auto center. This place is not worth the money I am saving anymore… my time is more valuable than this. EDIT: it took them more than 4 hours before I got my car back.

I made an appointment a week ago to get my oil changed because they told me if I just showed up it could take a hour before even starting it. I made my appointment for 3pm. I checked in and have been here for 2 hours and my car is still sitting out in the parking lot. The guy told me his manager Josh might be able to come get the oil changed quick but Josh decided to take his lunch even though I’ve already been waiting a hour and a half at that point. They also told me when I made the appointment that it would only take a half hour. It’s looking like in total I’ll be here for 3 hours for a oil change. Everyone else that has showed up for their appointments also had a similar wait time for small services.

Same old story with this place. They can't keep any staff or they call in constantly. Last oil change I had to over 3 hours. Gave them another chance today. My car wasn't even pulled in an hour past my appointment time. Been like that every time I go there. Done

They wanted a surcharge (additional $30 per wheel) (not advertised anywhere) for carry in wheels and tires. Not paying $200 bucks to end up with scuffed up wheels. 3 employees just holding the countertop on and just jawjacking. Wondered why there was no queue.

We were denied service today. We were not given a reason but overheard this was because of race - ours didn’t match theirs it appears. I heard two other customers who were denied service as well, and we spoke in the parking lot and another was given no reason, third was told it was due to her floor mats being wet from the snow outside. Floor mats! The last one had their pickup truck towed away after being denied service, they would not let the pickup stay to receive a jump start. Because their floor mats were wet from snow. Yes seriously. Be careful, these people seem extremely shady and dangerous.

Terrible customer service. Called ahead for a tire repair while I was greeted with an employee eating his pretzels and complained instantly to his manager who said they had plenty of techs just sitting around. After all of that he made every excuse not to repair the tire. I just decided to leave and carX had no problem getting it done.

Walmart Auto Care Center. Here you can find tires and auto services. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Prices are the "going rate" for most purchases. The Bad: This place is super slow and understaffed. They told me it work take 2-3 hours to mount a tire. That's unheard of for this type of business. Also when I told them I would take my order "to go". I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for it to be pulled and checked out. I recommend avoiding any of these locations.

The worst service I've ever seen in my life. I've been trying to get my tires rotated for two weeks, but I haven't seen even a hint of help. They canceled my appointment because they couldn't start the car, but the car was running!!

I literally just got yelled at because the woman working at the front went to the back and told an employee that I took her iPad. She had left it on the counter to show us the three different tire sizes so we could compare prices. I have no idea when she went to the back, but my mom and I actually thought she was really nice at first. Then suddenly, a man came out yelling at us because of something she said. I was so shocked that I was trying not to cry while he was yelling. He eventually calmed down and answered our tire questions, but it would’ve been nice if he had just asked politely if there was an issue. The whole experience caught me completely off guard and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable — honestly, I’m scared to come back.

They rotated the wrong tires out which is no big deal but the manager tried to just swap out the old tires and not rotate them to the rear. He was then trying to tell me it doesn't matter and luckily I know better. He was perfectly fine sending me on my way with a dangerous tire configuration. All to save 20 minutes? The guys who worked on my tires were nice though. The middle aged white manager is to you need watch out for
