We have been working with Rob and his team at DeJardin for the past year and a half on a very complicated vintage vehicle. Rob has been nothing but patient and understanding with us and our timeline to understand the problems with the vehicle, our options to repair, and the costs associated with those repairs. He has been more than willing to work with us through this process and has gone above and beyond to make this as painless as possible for us. We have never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision or felt like we were being forced in any one directions. Rob takes the time to call us and provide us with a thorough explanation of the problems and the potential solutions. He is honest in answering questions and treats his clients like family (if he wouldn't allow them to drive a car due to a problem, he's not going to let you do that either). It's been a wonderful experience for us and definitely puts our minds at ease to know that our car, family, and our business is valued. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have now gone to DeJardin Auto for my Equinox and Suburban. They are great to work with. Rob is honest and tells you exactly what needs to be done. He explains the importance of things that need to be replaced. They are also great with the time it takes them to fix anything on your car. We will continue to use them as our place to take our vehicles.

I went to DeJardin's to have my tires changed out. Rob and his crew were very professional and great to work with. I had to change my appointment time at the last minute due to an emergency at home, and they did everything they could to accommodate me! The pricing was also much less then if I had gone to Honda. I plan on doing all oil changes with them in the future! I would recommend DeJardin Auto and Truck Repair to anyone looking to have any type of work done on their vehicle!

Shop was wonderful!! Was visiting from out of state and needed to have brakes repaired. This shop was amazing!! Got me in right away and repairs were done quickly. I had gotten an estimate from another shop prior (I won’t mention the name) that was 3x more than what DeJardin charged. Thank you for being an honest reputable shop!! I would definitely recommend that anyone who needs a repair uses them.

Gave them a call because my 2017 Chevy Silverado that recently got a new alternator installed, kicked out a “service battery charging system” light. I couldn’t figure it out so they got me in the same day. I dropped off (with very little gas…my fault) and got multiple calls that day of them explaining what was going on, what they can do to fix it, and make sure about payment before proceeding. After issue was fixed they spent time to make sure it was functioning properly…which required them to have to throw some gas in it so they could drive it around. I would highly recommend these folks….I don’t have the tools or know how to wrench on cars so it’s nice to have people I know who can get me back up and running as quickly as possible.

Based on a recommendation, I took a bracket from my 1974 Toyota FJ40 Landcruiser in to have it welded. Abby and Rob were very friendly and pleasant. Rob had the bracket done in a few days as promised and the quality of work was great. Exceptional service!! I have been worried about taking my vette to a new shop as the shop I've trusted with it over the last several years is a bit of a drive from where I live now in Hobart. I decided to give DeJardin a try based on what I had seen online and am seriously impressed. I went in today just for a routine oil change on my '71 Stingray and had such a fantastic experience there. Abby is incredibly personable and kind, she makes you feel as if you've been a customer of theirs for years. Rob did the service on my vehicle and was kind enough to give me a rundown of all the components underneath my vehicle to show me items I may want to address in the future if I plan to completely restore the vehicle. He showed me in such a way that was informative, but not at all pushy, and he also treated me with respect - offering me advice without making me feel like an uneducated classic car owner. It is evident they have extensive experience working on vehicles of all ages, and I feel completely at ease returning to them in the future! Thank you Abby & Rob for taking care of me and my ride today, you've made a customer for life!
