The team here were all professional, courteous, and trustworthy. They addressed my cars needs and were thorough in finding a solution. The original dealer service business got it all wrong and was ready to overcharge me, but I'm glad I found this business. I had a very positive experience working with Auto Art for my vehicle repairs. I had extensive damage on my Ford Fusion from a parking garage gate. I had shopped around the St. Louis area for quotes and not only did they have the best estimate, they also had the best customer service. Working with them has been an absolute breeze. When I had encountered an issue with my replacement door, they immediately fixed the issue. They have been so gracious during the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough!

Auto Art was a car saver for me. There was some acid spilled on my back seat and after looking online and reading the reviews I came across this shop on the Hill. Not only were they helpful along every step of the way to making sure the replacement part was a perfect match and affordable, they went above and beyond with their detailing efforts. My car was not dirty but it had a distinct chemical smell that is now completely gone and you cant even tell that the back seat was replaced.

I live on The Hill. I had my window smashed in during a string of car break ins. I happened to see a post on Facebook about Auto Art. I brought my car in to have them give me a quote. After no charge, sealed up my window to keep it safe from rain, gave me a very fair bid to replace the window. Gina(forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) could not have been nicer or more lovely! WOW! Super impressed!! So happy I went in to this wonderful local hidden gem!! ❤️ definitely a 5 star establishment!!

I walked into Auto Art Body Shop yesterday for a repair estimate after a collision. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and patient. They took the time to carefully inspect my car and noticed that the bumper was rubbing against the tire — they went ahead and fixed it on the spot for free, just to make sure I could drive safely. They explained everything clearly and didn’t charge me a dime. In the end, I decided to sell my car because the damage was more extensive and costly to repair than I expected. But I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail they showed throughout. Even though I didn’t go through with the repair, I would highly recommend this place to anyone — they clearly care about their customers and their work. Auto Art will definitely be my first choice if I ever need any body work in the future!

This place is second to none. I had an issue that required me to get a new bumper/grill. I chose to skip the huge chains and go to Auto Art. I can say wholeheartedly it was the right decision. The paint match on my bumper was perfect, their timeline of when my car would be done never changed, and their team is incredibly responsive. The body work speaks for itself, it's perfect. First lesson I learned, never buy a car if you cannot access your trunk from the back seats!!? Also my keys would not open my trunk. First, I went to my Toyota repair shop and they tried everything they could.. They suggested going to Auto Art. They are a blessing. Thanks to Jesse, he worked so hard. I had the best experience at Auto Art! I hit a deer with my car and it damaged the passenger corner of my bumper including the headlight! They were prompt in getting me scheduled and the repairs took about a week. Great customer service and beautiful work! Highly recommend. They do work with insurance! Before and after photos below.

They did a wonderful job fixing our car and looked like it was brand new when we got it back. We had a rear-ended accident and they put everything back To look like it was new. Kim was wonderful letting us know pretty much every Tuesday what was happening, Sometimes I wish I’ve got more than just it’s still in the shop. But I understand they were busy and it may be hard sometimes to explain exactly what’s going on, but I seem to be a person that would like to know if the bump is going on or we’re waiting for the part on this and that that would’ve been helpful. But when I called, I was able to get a hold of Kim or the Supervisor, who is in charge of our car being fixed They’ll let me know what I need to know then so that helped. It did take about three little or a little bit over three months to get fixed but a lot of that was holidays were in the way and they had a technician who had a medical emergency and on top of that good old insurance companies being difficult to work with

This place is amazing if you need body work done on your car!! They got me in a full 6 weeks before anybody else could to have my bumper repaired. They were super nice and kind. They went above and beyond. And when they didn't spend all the insurance money they gave a check back! And they returned my car looking shiny and new! I highly recommend them for body work on your car if you were in the STL area.

Everyone is super helpful and a delight to speak with. Car is currently getting fixed. Looking at work they have done i done suspect any problems. If there i will report back, but so far im impressed. I wasn't going to add to this unless things went south. They were wonderful on every aspect. Everybody I had interactions with were very friendly and helpful. As far as workmanship it was top notch. I dropped my car off on Monday before they fixed dent on hood and painted it and called me Friday to pick it up. That is including New Year's day which they had off. The paint is perfect and the car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Heaven forbid I don't need any body work but this is the only place I will take my car. You can tell it talking to them they know what they are doing, very good at it and like what they do. I will add pics of the hood and you tell me where it was repaired.

Best and Only Place To Get Your Car Fixed!!! Premium Services for Affordable Prices!! My car got broken into and I brought it here to get fixed and from day 1, the service was impeccable! Auto Art doesn’t just fix cars, they elevate them! Auto Art is the real deal! Hidden away at 5309 Northrop Ave. off Hwy 44, this shop is all about customer satisfaction. Their team are true pros who go above and beyond. I came in for a simple fender bender repair, but they completely exceeded my expectations. Not only was the repair perfect, but they also surprised me with upgrades, now I’m rolling out with a 6’ lift and extras that make my truck look better than ever. The service was fast, friendly, and absolutely top-notch. Auto Art doesn’t just fix vehicles, they transform them.
