Had motor and transmission mounts replaced. The quote was accurate and competitively priced and the work was completed in a timely manner. My E350 is silky smooth now.

My first experience was fantastic, they were able to repair everything on my list in a timely and efficient manner. I now only take my E550 to them as they are very knowledgeable and clearly know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

Love the service that they do on our vehicles, and the clientele that they help. If you are coming in to pick up your vehicle or drop one off, just looking at the vehicles that are provided as well is absolutely outstanding. From Ferrari and Porsche to the absolute old school, it is there. Your jaw simply drops every time you walk in there because of the masterpieces that are on their showroom floor

Thanks to the woman in the parking lot who had the same model Mercedes I do who recommended GLB. They fit me in today due to a family situation, kept me well informed, and were very kind. They also diagnosed my problem quickly and took care of it quickly too. Highly recommend!

DON'T ever bring your car here. I wish I would give no stars. I have several complaints from the start, I had a gut feeling these guys were being dishonest but really had no option except to tow it to the dealer..which now I see would have been better. What CANNOT be excused: they reinstalled a fuel pump (which wasn't the problem to begin with, and I tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen) with the gasket not in place. Know what happened? The gas sloshed out all over the top of the fuel pump. This happened after the second time they "fixed" the car from the original problem I had to begin with, but they wouldn't listen!! We found out the gas was sloshing out when my college aged child attempted to refuel the car and gas spilled out. In the meantime, it was driven several hundred miles with this ill-fitting fuel pump gasket and gas leaking out. The horror and terror and rage I feel picturing the car catching fire, or exploding with my child in or near it!! It cost us about $1000 for them to lie to me, dismiss what I tried to tell them and to allow them to terrorize me and my family. I will be reporting them. DO NOT TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP!!

The work performed on my vehicle seemed decent however, they were pretty rude. No greeting and although I scheduled an appt they claimed there was none upon arrival. They did get me in but had to leave my car until the following day.

I have been taking my cars here for many years, sometimes for routine work and sometimes unexpectedly (when they break down). Always accommodating, always able to fix the issue at hand on time and for the price estimated. Not cheap, but not inappropriately expensive, and most importantly always fair and honest in my experience. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Lazy workers shop labor rates are way over priced if I could give this place a zero I would never take your vehicle here no matter what poor customer service all they care about is getting paid and nothing else very greasy. Just because someone buys a high end luxury vehicle doesn't give you the right to see dollar signs and rip them off from the start sir. All I own is luxury vehicles however I would never have greasy mechanics like your self work on them sir.

I have used GLB for about 15 years. Best foreign car repair shop in St. Louis. I trust them and only them with my vehicles. They're honest and don't try to sell unnecessary repairs. Bob, Mike and Buddy are all top quality guys. I love them.

I have been taking my car here since 2015 after they were recommended by my usual mechanic for a specific Mercedes repair. Buddy is the Mercedes guy that knows them inside and out and he knows how to keep my Benz running. They are very professional and I will continue to use them.

I've taken a couple of cars here previously and they did a great job. They'll work on some cars that other shops will not or cannot. We couldn't find anyone else to work on our '82 VW Westy, but GLB was able to replace our axle and fix our shifter. It feels better than ever and fixed all of our reliability issues...so far. They also did a clutch job on our Mini Cooper S. Pricey job, but less than the dealership quoted and there aren't a lot of independent shops that will even touch Euro cars.

Exceptional and speedy service. My '06 LR3 blew a rear wheel bearing during a cross country road trip leaving me stranded in MO. The folks at GLB got the truck up on a lift and diagnosed the same day I brought it to them and did the work in record time. I found the shop to be professional and communicative, keeping me in the loop through the whole process. The work was quality and I was so fortunate to have them working on my vehicle. If I wasn't halfway across the country they'd definitely have my return business.

Took my car their for check engine light, and raidiator leak. Replaced the thermostat and told Me I still may have a small leak and to keep an eye on it. Told me I needed a new gas cap. Even though I explained to them that it needed a gas tank repair kit. They replaced the gas cap, and oil change. Reset the codes, Charged me 950.00. Check engine came back on 3 days later. Call to make another appointment. I was told that they would call me right back. After a few hours i called them back. Told to bring the car back so they could check the codes. Guy name buddy seemed a little upset because I had showed up without waiting on his promise to call me back. I explained to him that I had talked To someone else who told me to bring the car back, so buddy checked the codes and said he found a fault with the gas tank. But they couldn’t get to it for a couple of days. Assured me that he(buddy) would call me back. Waited for over a week. And still waiting after they sold me a product that I didn’t need robbed me of 950.00 Dollars, and left me out to hang dry. Please do not take your car their for any type of repair. Very unprofessional, once they got my money, It were like I were bothering him . At that point I could see the writing on the wall. Thanks for Robbing me for 950.00

Excellent service, and by far the best independent repair shop in the Saint Louis area. I've been going there for over 30 years and had them do maintenance on my Jaguars, BMW 's, and Mercedes vehicles. They have always been incredibly honest and fair and saved me a lot of money compared to the dealerships.

I called to schedule a pre-purchase inspection on a S550 I’m considering and asked if they could check the cam sensors for oil migration — one of the most common issues on this model year, and an extremely simple thing to inspect. They refused, claiming it would require “tearing down a bunch of stuff” and that it couldn’t be included in the inspection and would cost significantly more. In reality, it’s a straightforward 20-minute check. Then the advisor hung up on me. Great experience A+.

I have been taking my Porsche cars to GLB for routine maintenance for over 15 years. I can always trust them to recommend only what is necessary to keep my very low mileage vehicles well maintained. I have saved thousands of dollars when compared to the cost of maintenance at the local Porsche dealer while giving my cars the care they deserve. I highly recommend GLB to anyone who is lucky enough to own a Porsche.
