Exceptional Service on a Catastrophic Engine Repair! My experience with Mike's Automotive was nothing short of outstanding, especially considering the severity of the issue I faced. My engine suddenly died while driving, a truly alarming and stressful situation. The repair was for a failed timing chain that resulted in significant internal engine damage, including bent valves and pistons. This was a major, complex repair, and I was bracing for a lengthy and costly process. However, Mike's Automotive truly exceeded my expectations. They completed the extensive work, which involved replacing the bent valves and pistons along with the timing chain, for an approximate cost of $4,000. What's even more impressive is that they had my vehicle back to me within a week! This turnaround time for such a major engine overhaul is simply remarkable. I received a detailed estimate up front of around $4,000, for the engine repairs and timing chain replacement. However during these repairs an exhaust leak and a fuel leak were found and Mike's Automotive repaired those as well but stood by their quote. Throughout the entire process, Mike's Automotive was fair and transparent. The repairs were explained to me in detail and I was kept updated during the process. When the vehicle was finished Mike's Automotive sent a complimentary driver to pick me up free of charge and gifted me with some free merch to top it off. I absolutely felt that the pricing was very reasonable given the complexity of the job. The professionalism, expertise, and efficiency demonstrated by Mike's Automotive turned a potentially nightmare scenario into a manageable and positive resolution.

I heard great things about this place so I decided to call I’m not taking that away from this company but whoever called back so I can schedule appointment rubbed me the wrong way kinda rude. I called because I have oil mixing in the coolant. Car still drives so wanted to schedule for proper diagnosis. Guy calls and said yeah that kind of sucks problems I need 2500 down and it’s 6000 dollars. He didn’t even look at the car so why would I give you 2500 down over the phone when you never even looked at the car just because you went off went I’m telling you which I’m no mechanic

I can not recommend Mike's Automotive enough. I took my vehicle in for a second opinion after another local garage had basically condemned my vehicle. Angelo and his team started from scratch and realized that the other garage had made a misdiagnosis. They found the actual problem, and made the proper repairs for a minimal price. After being treated so fairly, I took my vehicle in for some unrelated, long overdue, larger repairs. Angelo gave me the time to describe exactly what I wanted done, answered any questions I had, and gave me suggestions and advice on the best and most cost-effective ways to achieve the results I wanted. My experience was like talking with a friend who knows everything about motor vehicles that has a team of mechanics who can fix every problem. Their knowledge is top notch and the prices are the best I have found.
