Strobe Ibis installations few weeks back, was educated quite extensively by an individual possibly the owner on tire sizes and diameters. Really appreciated the information he gave me always see these gentlemen out working hard regardless of where they are working in that part of town... Safe looking environment, never any drama on their lot... Seem to have anything you would need or direct you where you can get it. Yes not the prettiest looking site, but Batman would shop there if he needs to in the future.

You better pay attention to what tires they pick you cause once you leave with a tire & try to come back. You gone be told you purchased a used tire, so come back if you have a problem with it within 7 days.... Wasn't really a big deal to me, but someone else said that was bad service from the start at $45 a piece. Guess I'll get new tires from now on.

Everytime i go there its a different price! One day its $55 next 2 days its $65. Now its $70! All of this within a couple weeks. You pull up they dont say nothing don't even come out the office. Just sit there zombie like.

I got 2 tiers from them in 6 months both slowly went flat.. $60 plus tip.. wouldn't bend on the price.. little communication.. Back in the day... 4 plus years ago they were much more humble

Tire popped on highway drive it here and even though they just closed he saw me tire was popped and I couldn’t drive without a new one he threw one on for me I appreciate the owner very professional and understanding if you need a quick tire for the moment definitely go here

Saturday morning, my daughter took my truck there. To get a tire plugged . 3 hours later, the tire was flat again. She took the truck back on sunday by Monday morning, the tire was flat again. My mom used to go to this place when the old man owned it. I have been going here for years. All of my tires cost over $350 each. And all are less than 6 months old. I only drive my car truck one or two days a month, so there's not a lot of wear and tear on these tires. I'm not sure if he got faulty supplies or what happened but I won't be going back.

Wow wow wow!!!! This is my sons email that I’m writing this review from but I’m a female who really appreciated this tire shops knowledge. This is LITERALLY one of the BEST tire shops I’ve ever did business with! Everyone who was very professional and informative. We had in mind the tire we were going to change out but then they pointed out others. When I say we were utterly surprised after they took them off and we seen they were down to the metal we were because that’s DANGEROUS 😳 We travel a lot and have a kid whom we always want safe. Therefore, we’re grateful that they cared and will only do business with them from this day forth! What an amazing bunch! And they complimented our little black Jeep! They’re AMAZING!!!!!! Outstanding customer service!!! One of the only places actually open on a Saturday and they were awesome enough to wait for me even though I wasn't going to make it there until 10minutes after their closing time! And as if that wasn't bad enough, I didn't quite have enough money but they still took care of me anyway. I can't thank them enough, I'd give them 10stars if I could!!! Absolutely awesome people and I recommend them to all!!!

Walnut Park area. The owner is slow and disrespectful. Had a man sitting there for 15 minutes with no other customers while he picked his nose, and I had 9psi left in my tire. Someone else pulled up, and he began servicing them first, so I left, went to a pro tire shop, and problem solved in 30 minutes. First off, this isn't in a very safe location. This corner has been targeted by gunmen in the past several times. I only stopped because it was an emergency. I am so tired of my people doing bad business, so I keep away mostly because of the above type nonsense. Peace

6-15-2024, 4:30 pm, i go for low tire pressure, im suspecting a nail, takes the wheel inside 3 minutes later comes out and says it’s the valve and it’s all fixed, charged me $30 after seeing my Illinois tags, 200 hundred miles later same tire with low pressure, i understand business in this country is all about ripping people of but he didn’t even fix the damn thing, if you’re not from the neighborhood STAY AWAY

I broke down on there lot and they refused to help me terrible staff and said they didn't even have tools to help get my tires off left me sitting there while they were getting drunk and high inside and I would never go there again if you're not there friend forget it

Had a flat tire on a trip headed to GA. After checking all other bigger shops they were too “busy” and couldn’t get in today so I googled used tire shops and found Michell’s. Called and checked on sizing and availability and 20 mins later we were back on the road again! Guy that helped us, was very friendly! Paid via Cash App with no issues.
