Just left and employee just tried pulling a quick up sale for no reason, needed a single battery, $5.99, but the one tried charging $16.99 for double pack and install for a simple fob battery swap that I did myself. The other employee there was very knowledgeable and knew what battery within seconds. So good and bad

I had bought batteries from this establishment in the past for my ADT window sensors. Unfortunately I bought the wrong ones this time and after open the package I immediately to them back to the store for an exchange. I was informed that I could not exchange the batteries because the package was open. I was just dumb founded. So I had to eat a $30 dollar purchase for batteries i have no use for. I'll NEVER patronize this establishment again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I came to get my key fob battery replaced and I called ahead of time to confirm I could and the gentlemen (David!!!) on the phone was extremely kind and willing to accommodate. I came in (after running another errand) and he came out to assist me immediately. David showed me what was going on, checked the charge in front of me, and replaced the battery easily - even double checking to make sure it worked. Definitely a relief to know there are trustworthy mechanical (and related) shops in the area, especially as a young woman from out of town. The guys that work here are the best. Although I went there to get my phone back cover out (which was crazily fixed) in the process of replacing my phone battery, these guys did it in no time. I had to go again the next day to get a stripped, super stubborn screw from my phone taken out, and once again these guys did it no questions asked and without charging anything for both the jobs.
