If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is a complete joke of a business. Went there to deliver food for a customer. Found out shortly after leaving it was the wrong address. The owner almost ran me over in the parking lot in his Tesla as I was walking back in to grab the food. then continued to badger me as I was grabbing the food followed me to my car...Found out they ate the food!!!! Then he continued to call my girlfriend names and curse her out because of where she was parked telling us he'd call the police! Completely disrespectful! Terrible experience at this place!!!!!

Don't buy cars here. I bought a car here, and it stopped working after 3 days. The guy who sold the car won't answer the call, and salespeople are mostly South Indian's who suggest buying them. Don't get cheated. I'm warning you: if you dare remove this review, I will create a bot that gives one star and bad reviews. Note: Telugu people should be careful, as I have seen more Telugu people come to buy cars from here.

No one of them a mechanic they all learning in your car then they all dirty and greasy they made my car so greasy everywhere and even they did not fix the problem with the car, They letting me spend $1,000 and the car still not fix. I don't know how they considering themselves as a mechanic.

The owner is very courteous and nice he's a wonderful man Yusuf is it really good guy so just let me say that this is an honest business .I left my money and my wallet visible where you could have seen if you entered the vehicle nothing was ever tough .I will recommend anyone Grand Auto mechanic shop. These are honest men that do not try any funny business, or dishonesty.The right work to your car doesn't try to take you for all you have they do the right work. I have a 2015 Dodge journey SE the work that they did to my car was two solenoid sensors, oil change, passenger strut and assembly.

The mechanics are very very rude and abusive In this store especially there's a mechanic called Ahmed. Even though how much polite I tried to be with him he is very very rude and abusive. He won't even listen a single thing what you say about the issue of the car, and they are going to charge you and still the issues won't be fixed

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN YOU WILL BE SCAMMED, ROBBED, AND OVERCHARGED. Went here to have my front brake pads and rotors replaced. They charged me $100, did not give me my old brak pads and rotors back (more than likely kept them for warranty swap), they improperly installed the equipment and tried to tell me "your car makes a lot of noise" my vehicle did not make any dragging/scrapping noises before this encounter. I took my vehicle back immediately when I heard the noise and they only did a temporary fix bc my car was making the noise again the next day. I took my vehicle to actual accredited repairmen and was notified that this place failed me. Brake fluid was leaking/bleeding indicating that instead of properly securing the equipment, they just continuously pumped my brakes to finish the job quickly. I had a buddy that semi works on cars take one of his vehicles that needed brakes and rotors to this place and he says his experience was completely different. Not only was he only charged $80, but they ACTUALLY INSTALLED HIS EQUIPMENT PROPERLY and left his old gear in the trunk. In conclusion, if you are a woman, go to a different shop.
