When I first went here they told me to fix my AC I would need evaporator core paid for the evaporator core to be put in the AC did not work still said that it needed more hosing the more money declined further work I just took the same vehicle back there the guy was rude quiet on the phone hard to understand the price was more than originally quoted which is typical but the owner was rude about it and very confrontational would not recommend to anyone

I took my car in for new rear brakes this week. I was fairly certain my rear brakes were scraping... JT's agreed and repaired them for a reasonable fee. Period. The end. It's always the same story. No nonsense. No up-sells. Honest, reliable work. My family members take have taken their cars here exclusively, for all repairs, for ten years or more. I trust them 100% and highly recommend.

🚫⚠️❗SCAM ALERT❗⚠️🚫 DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR They charged 2k to work on my car and not even a month later my car was undrivable and had to bring it back. This time they wanted to charge around 8k to replace my ENTIRE ENGINE!! They told me everything they just worked on and "fixed" needed to be replaced as well and that my car is a hazard. I had two different shops look at my car after this and tell me the work they had done had caused more damage making my car a hazard to be on the road, just as jts/franks had said when I brought it back. These two other shops had both also confirmed that the work that needed to be replaced I just had done at jts/franks, quoted me a lower price, gave me a shorter time span to have my car finished and to never let them touch my car again. This shop will not follow through with any road hazard warranty of any kind so keep in mind any work they do is final!! They will claim they do not have to give any sort of refund because the damage was at fault of the owner instead of their mechanics. New work done on a car should not breakdown a month later Save your time and money and take it to a different shop.

Had a leak in my radiator hose that I didn't know about, went in for a different reason and they found it immediately. Everyone was super nice and it was just a very relaxed atmosphere. Charged me a good price, as I know from previous experience with almost identical issue. This was my first time there, and I would absolutely recommend and continue going back. It's over a year later and continue to use them. Fair prices, good people, and honest. I haven't allowed anyone else to do any work on my car since finding them

Frank was extremely kind and helpful. I came in from out of town with my engine splash shield dragging. Not knowing any place to go, my sister suggested the shop where she had her recent emissions test. Upon pulling in to their lot and explaining my needs, Frank immediately took the shield off without a wait or charge. He also provided helpful information so I could drive safely home.
