Integrity!!! Not only is Anthony a master mechanic, he is honest. The entire Strike Force team is amazing, from the Advisors who schedule the appointments and explain the repair process to the mechanics who do the repairs. The shop is very clean and comfortable so it’s no problem to wait as your vehicle is being repaired. Will definitely recommend Strike Force Mobile Mechanic to anyone who needs mechanical work. 👍🏽

Deborah and Strike Force Mechanic Service was awesome to our family we were visiting from out of town at a track meet when I noticed a grinding sound as I was preparing to head back home(a 4hr drive) my husband contacted the shop after getting their information from a gentleman that lived in city. They were so flexible allowing us to still bring our vehicle eventhough they went closing shortly after we arrived and still fixed our vehicle ( brakes) they were beyond kind and like minded in faith offered us water or soda as it was a very hot day I was impressed at how well he explained what was wrong the why's and how it could be fixed not only was he very knowledgeable but also brought me back to give me a visual of everything he discussed with me now thats a great mechanic he did what he needed to to get us back as we were on a very tight budget God blesses us as we only had to replace the brake pads to get us home the calipers were still good and rotors good enough to make it safely home they expressed our safety getting home was their priority as I had several kids with me and that I can appreicate she even asked was it ok to contact me to confirm we mafe it home safely and that she did i recieved her text message the next day so thoughtful just true blessings thankful that God sent us to them as we wereat risk for being stuck for a while in Saint Louis the pricing was very reasonable as well if your looking for good people a very honest and reliable mechanic dont look any further good people over there im thankful to be graced with their true kindness & love for others they could hsve easily turned us away but they did not they went above and beyond for us COMPLETE STRANGERS IM SO VERY THANKFUL THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THE WORLD BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL. Love love love all the people working here! My son and I were on a road trip from Kansas to NC. We blew out a CV joint in St. Louis. It was 430pm. Worried we were not going to be able to get into a shop that day. We just happened to stumble upon Strike Force. Not only were they very welcoming and hospitable. They ordered the parts and got the job done in about 4 hours and got us back in the road! I couldn’t recommend this business more! Thank you so much!!

In St. Louis for a weekend of live music, our van broke down on a Thursday afternoon under the Arch. Strike Force worked with us, not only to get us up and running, but back in our van in 24 HOURS, staying until 7:00pm on a Friday for customers merely passing through. They even texted us the following Monday to make sure we made it back to Minnesota safely. There was also no price hikes to stick it to the out-of-towners. My experience with Strike Force on Broadway has been successful. I needed my Ranger to be ready for my inspection and they did what was necessary to get it there. They are nice and helpful. Since I'm old all prices have gone up. If my Ranger is running that is what's important. I'm not a mechanic so I can not make a judgement and save for the next work on the list. There is one thing I wish was more convenient, Mobility. I don't mind waiting but some things will come up that I can't. If it comes up I would like a ride or maybe delivery of my Ranger. Those times will be figured out when needed.

Professional experience with this mechanic shop! They were able to get my car in quickly and gave me a fair, honest estimate. What I really appreciated was that they applied the diagnostic fee toward the service, which I ended up getting the same day — very impressive and convenient! The receptionist was kind over the phone, keeping me informed every step of the way. The mechanic, Anthony, clearly knows his stuff. I needed two fuel injectors replaced, and he did an amazing job. I had full confidence in his work and didn’t feel the need to question anything. The proof is in the pudding — and in this case, the service spoke for itself. Upon having my vehicle towed to the shop I was instantly charged $120 diagnostic fee however a proper diagnostic was never done they started with having me purchase a battery which was $70 over dealer price that is non-returnable as an electric component then they had me install other parts to conclude $1,200 later that I had a bad engine upon research a proper diagnostic could have revealed that without replacing expensive parts. They claim couldn't get the vehicle to power up apparently that was the reason for the battery purchase however had no battery issues before it was towed there had stalling issues. But upon speaking to other shops to avoid a mishap like this they could have used a shop battery to properly diagnostic. Very dissatisfied as I feel like they saw a woman coming and took advantage even on the labor hours they overcharged feel like I was just robbed of $1,155 because at the end of the day I have those over priced parts in a car that doesn't work.
