This is the second time I have been to Mike’s shop and I have to say it’s been the best experience I’ve had at any shop! Mike does great work, he’s super nice, helpful and the prices are the most reasonable. It’s a relief going to a shop feeling confident that the work will be done properly and won’t be overcharged. He also communicates often when he has your car so you aren’t waiting for days to see what’s wrong with it or how long it will take. I highly recommend this shop!

I was told about Mike by a coworker and I’m so glad they recommended him. I took him my truck to get it fixed according to what another shop told me had to be done. Not only was the other place about 800 more than Mike, but they had identified things that didn’t need to be fixed and missed things that did. Mike not only took pictures for me to see what needed to be done, but he also took me out to the shop to show me. He explained why it needed fixed and what may happen if not. I set up a time to drop it off so I could work while he repaired my truck. I dropped it off in the morning and since I work so close, he drove me to work. About half way through the day, he let me know it was done. Not only was the price great, but I felt confident in his work. I’ll only use this shop in Maplewood while I’m working in St. Louis. His staff is top notch, the friendly banter between Mike and his crew and his customers makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him!

I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Mike, himself! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and FAST! I've worked with him in the past and know I can count on him to be honest and reasonably priced. He's always taken good care of me and my vehicles. I love that he is so efficient; he makes auto repairs seem so easy! Would recommend his shop to anyone (I've already sent my son there), and I have!

Brought my truck in for some wiring and he couldn’t do it. Truck sat for three weeks with no work done to it. Calls me today to tell me he needs my truck off of his property. Get there with a tow truck and my hood is wide open, and my fuse box is also open exposed to the elements, and Mike is nowhere to be found. It’s been raining all day And my batteries are just sitting on the driver seat. Also didn’t give me any of my money back so thanks Mike.

Mike was absolutely amazing to work with after my car broke down from a bad oil job by a jiffy lube. My Subaru needed a whole new engine put in and Mike made sure the work was all top quality and wouldn’t settle for anything not up to his high standard. He was amazing at communicating with me during the process and got me all the needed documents to settle a full claim against the shop that screwed it up to begin with. He got me a great warranty, charged incredibly reasonable prices, and treated me like an important customer. All around standup guy that I’d recommend to anyone!!

Very unprofessional, charged me 250 to diagnose. The problem did not fix the problem then told me I should go to a dealership after charging me to replace a part that didn’t need to be replaced. Would’ve been zero stars, but there’s no option !

I will never return to this shop and strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. I was charged for work that was either not completed or done improperly. Multiple bolts were left loose or not tightened at all, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the work performed. To make matters worse, while my truck was on their lot it was broken into and nearly stolen. Several of my power tools were taken, and my vehicle sustained damage to the door locks and ignition during the attempted theft. When this was brought to their attention, the shop declined to take any responsibility for what happened while my truck was on their property. Between being billed for work that was not properly completed and the lack of accountability after my truck was broken into and nearly stolen, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
