Excellent service. Came in with a nail in my tire. They patched me up and had me and out in about 35 mins. I paid $50 for a tire repair. The customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was really nice. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the tech didn't put my hub cap back on and he just threw my spare tire in my trunk instead of in the undercarriage in the trunk where it belongs.

After dropping my car off at the Kingshighway location to get new brakes and tires I got a call from them saying I needed new rotors and without new rotors my vehicle was unsafe for the road. I initially told them I will put new rotors on myself and told them to just replace the tires and brakes. They stated they would not do the tires and brakes without new rotors and under Missouri law they wouldn't be able to let me drive the car off the lot in its current state. ( I drove the car to this location 45 min prior). I said okay replace the rotors also since I definitely needed new tires and brakes and my car was already at the shop and I had already left. Once the work was completed I was told there was damage to my master cylinder and the vehicle wouldn't stop even when slamming on the brakes and under Missouri law they couldn't allow me to drive it off the lot. I told them I need to pay and I need my keys, they refused to give me the keys, and said they would only give them to a tow truck. After arguing with them for several minutes the GM was called and my keys were returned to me. The car drove fine, no issues braking. I've had the car for 7 years, the brakes have never been super responsive. This was all due to the lady behind the desk having a power trip thinking they could legally withhold my personal property. I would avoid this location at all costs.

The service was cool. I got 3 tire sensors replaced and when I left, TPM light was still on. I was told keep driving it will go off. Low and behold, I just needed air in the tires. How do you pay $375 and not get any air for your tires?? I don't think I will be going back since the annoying light was my biggest issue and it did not get resolved. I pulled over at a White Castle and use my compressor.

I needed a tire repair and made an appointment here. I arrived on time for the appointment and as the lady at the desk was checking me in she offered the repair would be $49.99. That seemed incredibly high, but since I was there I said ok. She then said there would be an hour and half wait due to customers being ahead of me. Combined with that kind of wait and the price, I decided to leave. I drove 5 minutes to Quick Stop Auto Repair & Tire. I was in and out and all fixed up within 10 minutes and was only charged $15. I will never entertain the idea of coming to True Choice Auto Service again. I highly recommend Quick Stop Auto Repair & Tire, 5 stars to them.

I was in the city (1 1/2 hrs from home) to meet up with some friends for a STL Hockey game. I would not wish the cascading events of my weekend on anyone but I found an angel in disguise in Cassie. Cassie and her crew were fantastic!! I had three tires go flat Saturday evening while driving during winter storm Fern. I had the opportunity to some of the best friendly and compassionate customer service in a very long time. While I was trying to get things figured out with my car she allowed me to stay in her shop no questions asked. Provided me great pricing on my preferred tires and even parked my car in her bay overnight.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. I had a tire light on and took it to Tire Choice. Fantastic staff! You can tell they were knowledgeable about tires and other stuff! I truly appreciated both young lady who got me checked in and the young man who brought me my vehicle. I was blessed by their experience and expertise. The atmosphere was beautiful! Love the honesty! I have come to tire choice several times and keep coming back because they take care of me as a loyal customer. The ladies at the front desk know what they are doing and I appreciate that. I thought I would need a new tire last time but it only needed a patch, so no charge with road hazard warranty! That was a nice surprise when money is tight! Another tire place probably would have just sold me a tire to make more money and I would have never known (which has happened to me before at larger chains). I was in St. Louis from Milwaukee for my daughters volleyball tournament when I hit a huge pothole and got a flat tire in my rental car. After changing the tire on the freeway (shout out to the guy with the floor jack who stopped and helped in the rain like a NASCAR pit crew member) I dropped the girls off at the tournament. I called this tire shop randomly thinking there was no way they would be able to get me in at 2:30 on a Saturday. They gave me an appointment immediately and I drove to the shop. I thought I would have to buy the tire for the rental car myself for the renal car since I didn’t take their insurance, however once I told them I was with Budget they said, “ oh that’s no problem we work with them all the time”. They started the online approval process for the tire and began working on the car right away. The lady at the desk told me it would be 30 minutes. The tech looked at me assuredly and said “I’ll be done in less than that”. He was right. They had me back on the road in time to catch the volleyball tournament and I was able to drive the 6 hours home on a full size tire (not a donut). They saved the day and the entire weekend for me. I would recommend them any day.

After I had a nail in my tire and went to have it replaced elsewhere, I noticed the incorrect tire size was placed on my vehicle at this location ~20,000 miles ago. Without question, Cassie fixed the problem the same day and provided a new, right sized tire at no charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road. I'll be back!
