If you need your windshield or any glass fixed or replaced by all means call these people! I have never witnessed how fast they can get to you and how fast they repair or replace your windshield. And the bonus is their attitudes. They are friendly courteous and respectful! And if you are worried about the cost I have one thing to say — don’t. That’s right don’t worry about the cost. They have better prices than anyone else!!! Don’t think I’m giving this rave review because I know them because I don’t. I’m giving it because they deserve it. I’ve also been using them for years with my personal vehicles and all my employers use these people and they can do anything that involves glass. I had my car broken into in STL, while staying at a campground in Eureka, visiting from out of town. Master's took my call on a Sunday and scheduled our repair for next day. Their technician was polite, efficient, friendly and willing to work under a camper awning shelter in the rain to complete our repair. Master's did everything to get us fixed up and ready to head back home, and we can't appreciate them enough.

I had the misfortune of my car being broken into this morning and called Master's Glass this morning around 6:45am. True to what their website lists, someone picked up the phone and took my service call. It was Scott, and he was courteous and patient. He'd assured that they would have someone come to the location of my choosing to replace my broken car window. True to his word, his son showed up as scheduled. Within an hour, my car window was replaced. Prior to calling Master's Glass, I'd received several online quotes that were up to $250 more than what Scott quoted me, plus they didn't have any openings until next week for service. This was a great find, and although I hope to never have to use them again, they'd be the first I'd call if I did. Their courtesy and prompt service is so highly appreciated. Customer service was amazing and they were able to fit me in for the following day. Scott and Tom did an amazing job! 10/10 would definitely recommend them. They called in advance of arriving with an accurate arrival time, got to work immediately, very friendly-we had a great conversation, fast and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Master's Glass is definitely who I would call if I have any further glass issues.

They charged me $210 to re-calibrate the sensors behind the replaced glass, and now our automatic high-beams don't work (it's a Durango, the sensor is behind the glass). They told me that they don't know anything about that sensor (accused me of lying about it) and to take it to the dealer to have them fix it (guess they didn't recalibrate it at all). They also repeatedly told me they would send the diagnostics readout to my email for my records, and never sent the document. Lastly, the replaced glass was 3rd party and has ripples everywhere, but they tell me even OEM glass has ripples, so don't worry about it. Never again.

Teresa and Scott own this company and have been excellent to work with, as well as professional! They stand by their work, showed up early, and they are detail oriented. It is a christian based company so being service oriented is a no brainer for them. Scott also displays his humor, making a difficult situation a lot easier! I found Masters Glass after a deer u-turned into my car. Luckily, no one was hurt and the buck appeared to live, as he was nowhere to be found. The impact was to the left of my windshield, drivers side, at the thin car panel strip when sitting in the driver's seat. Apparently, the impact pulled the side view mirror into my driver's side window and shattered it as the mirror came off. This was something Robert, the technician, identified and figured out based on how the window and door were positioned. In about 25 minutes, the job was done. Robert taped up my side view mirror wire in case it rained. Over and above the call of duty! Look no further than this company for needs you have with car glass and repair!! I wrote about them on FB and Twitter too. I am a happy and satisfied customer! Thank you!

There aren’t enough stars to adequately represent how fantastic this entire experience was. I hope you will be as lucky as I was to meet Teresa. Her experience was evident right away as she answered my questions while dropping in pertinent points when applicable. Within 1min I was approved for the replacement through insurance, yet the ‘out-of-pocket’ bid provided came in almost 15% lower that some of the top competitors around. If you out as much stock into customer treatment as I do, I do not know if there is a finer establishment around. Can not recommend highly enough!
