I waited 4 hours to replace an alternator and within 4hours? They still didn't even have the old alternator off... Sad.. The old guy got frustrated, when I asked how much longer will it take, he then said I don't know why he told me to do this and I don't know what I'm doing.. smh.. wasted 4 hours that could have been somewhere getting my car fix.. yes and they did not fix my car. Thanks alot
