These guys went above and beyond! They did our repairs almost a year ago and the paint began to chip a couple months ago so it was a warranty call this week and they weren’t making anything off it. Even so, they worked with our schedule (we live out of state now) and even vacuumed and detailed the inside!

I have now twice had the mis/fortune of ending up at Niebling in my past five years of living in St Louis. Both times, with two different cars and two very different freak issues, the cars have come back so much better than they were before their incidences. Not sure how they do it but should you ever unfortunately need to get your car fixed due to one of the dozens of reasons your car can end up busted in this town (falling trees, car thieves, potholes, reckless drivers, the list goes on)-- go to Niebling! You will emerge from the dust cloud with a much nicer vehicle!

The people at Niebling did an amazing job of repairing damage sustained to my car by a large tree branch. When they were finished my car looked better than when I bought it! I got updates from Dave a couple of times a week, and even spoke to the owner, David, a couple of times as he happened to be the one answering the phone. My repairs did take awhile, but I got my car back only one business day past the target date given to me by Niebling, so I would say that they really know how long it takes to get the job done. I also had some help a couple of days after I picked up my car. My car wouldn’t start, and they sent someone to my house to jump it for me. Overall excellent service and worth the wait to get repairs done properly.

I was in a nasty accident where someone rear ended me om Mov 7th 2024 and I needed met car repaired and Niebling Auto Body came HIGHLY recommended and now I KNOW WHY,,,,,My car went in on Dec 9th, 2024 and was completed Jan 23rd, 2025 and I was WOWED at the fantastic job Niebling did on my vehicle. The customer service was awesome. Stacy was great at keeping me informed on the progress and she was totally AMAZING. Mr. Almir Zgalj is a GENIUS at what he does and i am totally grateful for all that he does I am totally THANKFUL for the AWESOME job he did. Thanks to all of the staff at Niebling Auto Body YOU GUYS ARE GREAT from top to bottom. Also, they are in walking distance from my home talk about convenance. These guys I would HIGHLY recommend them on any day of the week.

My mother had her vehicle repaired here and she had the best service ever! The staff was very friendly and informative, stayed on top of getting her repairs completed as quickly as possible! They helped her get into her rental and kept her updated through the entire process. To top it off they CLEANED the inside to looking like a brand new car! I was rear ended a couple months ago and Progressive sent me to Neibling. The entire experience was flawless. I received an approximate timeline when I dropped off my car and was told I'd get regular updates, which were received exactly as promised. Some underage squat without a liscence wrecked my ride parked in front of my house not knowing how to drive. Not only did this place make my repair seemless...but they were highly communicative about all details and progress. They had a family like connection with Enterprise Rental who also bent backward to make things easy for me. I got my Subaru back more beautiful than I remember buying it. They detail cleaned my interior that had nothing to do with the damage and finished everything under projected finish. Serious FLAWLESS job. The staff are friendly and sweet and I am so grateful this is where I chose to turn my misfortune upside down. I may even put these cats on my Christmas gift list. Thank you so much!! My car was hit twice in a matter of two weeks. I already had an appointment with Neibling for the first accident. They managed to do repairs for both in the same time frame. They were great to work with. Stacey was amazing. I received calls with updates and she stayed late so I could pick up my car the day it was done. The work they did on my car was great. My insurance company had it taking to this body Shop. Great place. We have a 2012 Camaro it had gotten cover in oil and Tar and gravel from driving down a road that was being worked on and no where to turn around at .The under body was really bad .But after two week with Niebling it looks like a New car the under body is a shining as it was the day it came off the line and the paint look great. The guys at the shop was very friendly and helpful. If we every need any body work done we will be going back to them . Thank you all for a great looking cars again.

Had my bumper repaired here after a minor rear end collision. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. My car was only here a total of 5 days so that was awesome. They even had someone from the car rental company come pick up the rental from the shop when it was time to pick up my car. Helped a lot since I was in a bit of a time crunch that evening. My car looks fantastic! Bumper is like new and the whole car was squeaky clean. They even straightened out my license plate that was caved in from the accident. Haven’t seen it shine like that in a while. Very impressed with this shop and I highly recommend them.

Don't waste your time and money here! My car was broken into and attempted to be stolen the week before Christmas. It took Niebling a month (and a week past their original completion date) to replace my back passenger window, wiper blade control stick, and some basic steering column parts. The first excuse was their holiday hours, then it became waiting on parts and receiving faulty ones. Stacy told me in the front office that she would stay in contact during the process-I never heard from her unless I reached out. When I finally spoke to her, she never knew what was going on with my car and gave vague answers. Additionally, she was very unprofessional during one phone call, answering with a rude “hello,” which made me think I had called the wrong number. She also claimed she called and left a voicemail, but I have no missed call or voicemail from her. Our phones weren't the issue because the week before, her coworker Anthony returned my call and left a voicemail that I could see, and I had no issues receiving it. In his voicemail, he said he thought his coworker had already updated me and apologized for the miscommunication. I spoke to three different people throughout this process, asking each what was wrong with my car and which parts needed to be ordered. None of them gave a clear answer, so I finally contacted my insurance, who was happy to tell me exactly what parts needed ordering and provided a copy of the estimate, which I never received from Niebling until I picked up and paid for my vehicle. Now that I have my car back, the air doesn’t push through the vents properly, which was NOT an issue before. I should take my car back to Niebling for this fix, but I don’t trust them, and I can’t afford another rental car for another month while they fix their mistake. Niebling has only added stress during an already stressful time. I will not return, nor will I recommend anyone use their services. It’s a shame because they have great reviews, are local, and have been in STL for a very long time. The only positive comment I have is that they detailed my car inside and out.
