The owner very rude after I spends 2 hours waiting and 1 hour for diagnostic then they did not fix the issue they said move your car to a dealership I brought the vehicle was running and drive I was talk nicely i called the towing company to move my car i was waiting for towing they moved my car in middle of the street and they said not our responsibility for your vehicle.

MOST HONEST AND CARING MECHANICS IN SAINT LOUIS!!!!! My car had an issue of burning oil. I assumed it was an engine issue and do not have the funds to have it operated on right now so I kept topping off the oil as needed. Friday the situation became much worse. I had to pour five quarts of new oil into my car throughout the day. I knew it was a critical issue that I couldn’t push back anymore and wanted a diagnostics. I called Saturday morning explaining my issue and they got me right away. There is a long list of reasons that cause a car to burn oil. The mechanic get my car lifted and immediately spotted the suspected issue. My oil filter had malfunctioned causing oil to leak out and burn under the car. I just had to pay for a new oil filter and oil. This company could have held my car for a day, charged me $100+ for a diagnostics, and could have even unnecessary replaced parts to fatten the bill. This will be my new go to auto shop when I have issues and I encourage you all to contact them when you need repair! It is very fortunate when you find an auto shop that really wants to help out the customer and isn’t just in it to get max profit.

I had heard good things about this shop, but my experience was very disappointing. I spoke with Sam the day before about bringing in my vehicle for a bulb replacement. He told me to just drop by, so I planned to. When I called today to let him know I wouldn’t make it, he acted as if he didn’t know who I was. He then said he couldn’t take me later and that he was booked out for the next 2–3 weeks. I said that was fine and asked if he could still put me on the schedule, but he went silent and told me no, he wouldn’t schedule me at all. While I was still on the phone, he mentioned he was getting another call. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience, and I will not be returning.

I'm just a little confused about the conversation I just had with a worker here. I called the shop, and asked him what availability the shop had to look at my car because the check-engine light was on. I told him, Auto Zone ran the code and my code for the Chevy 2017 Sonic came up as 84 and I had the part. He immediately said that they can't work on my car with no explanation. Just an overall very weird experience, which is sad because my brother recommended them.
