I had purchased a new set of leaf springs and u bults and had one U bolt that wouldn't tighten or back off . Called then to get it replaced and they automatically said it was crossed thread when put on . There is no stripped or cross threads below the nut . I had to cut it off because of their defective parts . Clearly not cross threaded ! Lack of customer service backing there product

I broke a leaf spring on my 1940 Ford. I called all over the Southern US to try and find a shop that could re-make my spring. St. Louis Spring said they could make it. I drove 4.5 hours one way, and they jumped right on it. They made it exactly to specs, and I was omw home 5 hours later. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I sure appreciate their help.

Drove from butler county Ky to St Louis spring had 2 sets of springs rearched and one set of springs made to match my old springs, also purchased 4 add leaf springs. The springs i had rearched are still the same as they were before NOT FIXED and the 4 add leaf springs i purchaced are thin and very weak. The one set of springs made to match my old springs POOR QUALITY compared to springs that were made at FALLSWAY SPRING COMPANY in Baltimore MD. St Louis Spring did refund me 200.00 dollars but that DID NOT compinsate for driveing to St louis spring twice 2 days of wasted time and fuel. Total cost for the spring service was 1200.00 dollars

I changed out leaf springs on my 1965 Mustang due to older set of lowered springs causing rubbing on right rear tire. We are fortunate in St. Louis to have a 100 year old leaf spring manufacturer that built me new stock ride height springs in one day. They will even do one free adjustment to raise or lower if you choose. Jim and Nick were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I called and Jim answered the phone. I told him I had a spring for a piece of turf equipment that is no long made. After we talked he actually gave me a ball park figure to make a few. I sent him a good spring I had and he manufactured springs that were better quality than the one I sent. He made four and shipped them back in a few days. Businesses like this are hard to find in America now. People who have knowledge, keeps their word, and delivers. Thank you!

Had springs that were sagging and they had 5 inch shackles on them . Explained that to them . They put another spring in them and raised 2 inches to make up for my shackles . Put them on today . They fit perfect . Thanks guys

I contacted Jim about an issue I was having with my boat trailer tires rubbing the fenders. They told me they would re arch the springs and add a leaf and it should take care of the problem. I dropped my springs off on Tuesday, and got them back the next day. Problem solved! If you need spring work done, call and talk to Jim, he was super nice and knowledgeable!
