Very poor costumer service.... I was told to call but never got an answer on the phone....then went back and was told to begin my car and when I did was told he couldn't take it🤦🏾.... Said car was already running hot but I had to drive it back home with no date to return😞

It's a shame that if you have no experience at all with automotive repair you will quickly be told there are extensive problems with your vehicle and the repair is going to cost you more than the car is worth. It makes you just want to trade the vehicle in and get a new one in all honesty.

Called on Friday to make an appointment was told to bring my truck monday morning at 930. When I showed up the owner of the shop was rude and didnt know why I was there. My truck has an overheating problem so I was told that my truck has to many problems and I couldnt leave it because they couldnt be responsible. Very bad business Very unorganized and definately felt disrespected given the circumstances. End result had to move the truck and couldnt take it home was hoping to have it fixed but left me in a very bad situation. Wouldnt recommend this repair shop to anyone

I've met Richard Neely , the owner, a few years back, as he used to work on my father's Allen Cab Co.fleet. He and my father go way back, and my father used to swear by him and his work. My father is no longer here, but, I still maintain professional contact with Mr. Neely and take my business there. Very decent and Professional. Really knows his stuff.

Install a compressor, on my vehicle air still doesn't work and they won't answer calls or texts...If i could i would give then a NEGATIVE 10.. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
