★★★★★ Got amazing service from Claude's just today. Yesterday night at 7 20 p.m., my car wouldn't start after refueling. Needless to say I was miffed. Turns out, a mechanic I met there at the gas station recommended that I tow my car to Claude's and leave it there overnight. Keep in mind, Claude's doesn't know me or that I am doing this. I call him first thing in the morning and ask for repair. Obviously he's booked so he says he'll get to it by the next day. No problem. Few hours later, he tells me the diagnosis and provides a cost estimate for the repair. One oil change and battery change later, I'm good to go. He didn't deviate from his quote and he was prompt. Clearly knows how to underestimate and overdeliver. Very professional and reasonably priced. Felt for the first time that this mechanic isn't trying to overcharge me. Will be a repeat customer.

★★★★☆ I don't have any photos to include with this review. I did not intend on writing a review for it. In any case, this will be a short review about my experience with the establishment. I was there recently, a couple of times, on referral by a good friend of mine. I was there because there was a scratching or metallic noise occurring in the back of my car when driving at low speeds. I could never figure out what it was! Claude had one of his mechanics or techs look at it and come to find out, there was a heat shield or something that was bent in the wrong direction. It was rubbing against another piece and that's what caused the noise. While there, I learned of another matter I needed to address. A matter I was not aware of prior to this. I need to get the front driver hub bearing repaired at some point. The owner, Claude, is the one who pointed this out to me. Because my ears are not trained and attuned to the noise, I always thought that it was just part of the car. Now I know better! He quoted a figure for the part and a figure for labor. I suspect the pricing he gave me was reasonable. I'm not a mechanic and I can't know one way or the other. Furthermore, everyone there is friendly and helpful. It's your normal run-of-the-mill Mom and Pop shop, that has probably been there for decades. The owner is very pleasant and seems knowledgeable. I'm confident that I'll return there in the future to get more things repaired.

★★★★★ I have never in my life left an online review for something, but I feel so compelled to let everyone know how amazing this place is. They deserve your business. They were ridiculously affordable and fast, friendly, and transparent. There was no question of getting ripped off. I went in to get my brakes checked out, pretty sure I’d be spending around $400, because I knew they were in rough shape. They had my car up and were looking at my brakes within 2 minutes of me walking in the door. They were straightforward and honest about what I needed, without patronizing me (which women often deal with at mechanics). One rotor, front pads, and rear shoes all for $233 and I was in and out the door in one hour. I will never take a car anywhere else.
