I cannot express how satisfied I am with Auto Body Concepts and their very friendly staff. Brian helped me throughout the entire process and worked with my schedule (and the schedule of an upholstery shop) to ensure my repair went smoothly. I love my S2000 and Brian picked up on it so well that he went out of his way to get a sought-after model car paint matched. That’s next level customer service that is unheard of these days. I highly recommend this shop and give it an 11/10.

I have worked with Auto Body Concepts two times in the last year and their service is exceptional. I went back a second time after having a great first time experience and I was not wrong. The second time didn’t disappoint either. The whole team is great. Brian, Ryan, Kaitlin (Sorry for the spelling) and all others go above and beyond with their communication and they take pride in their work. Work was delivered when estimated without delays. Both my vehicles looked good as new, a 2000 Yukon and a 2023 Tundra. The whole process was a breeze with them. Thank you so much for your great service and work everyone!!

The team did a great job at the repair as well as a great job keeping informed on the progress along the way. Would use them again & recommend them to anyone needing body work done Had my 2025 Chevy Tahoe repaired after someone backed into me in a parking lot. USAA paid for this repair, and recommended the shop. Quickly got in for an assessment & Brian did a great job at walking me through what needed to be replaced, potential other repairs that might need to happen after they opened the car for the repair (there was an abnormal gap between fender & hood, but couldn't assess if there was damage until it was opened). There were some delays due to part availability. First delay was parts were on back order. Second delay was an additional part was needed to address an additional problem the team found after starting the work. All of these delays were clearly communicated with ample time to avoid confusion & to manage expectations. Would use again

They created a dent in my car. The manager accused me of causing the dent after the pictures of the car were taken. There were also light scratches on the passenger side door which the manager pretended not to see. The manager was rude and abusive. My experience at Auto Body Concepts was surprising. I did not expect to be abused by the manager. The experience quickly became very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

I appreciate the excellent communication and efficiency of the front office staff, who kept me well-informed throughout the repair process and returned my vehicle promptly. Unfortunately, I have significant concerns about the quality of the bodywork itself. The clear coat on the passenger side has noticeable runs that are actually palpable – you can feel the excess coating. (See attached photo.) Furthermore, the headlights were improperly aimed upon pickup, with the driver's side beam pointing dangerously towards oncoming traffic, requiring me to re-aim them myself for safe nighttime driving. While I value the positive interactions with the front office team, the quality of the repair work needs serious improvement.
